The staff was very nice and accommodating. When we had an issue with the shower, the maintenance staff responded quickly and professionally.
The view was bad, and we didn't need two beds since my husband and I were traveling together. I realize I could have saved on the room by just getting a King.
Me gustó mucho la ubicación del hotel, tiene muchos lugares de comida cerca y gift shops. Tambien hay una plaza a pocos pasos del hotel.
El desayuno era basico pero resolvia para tener algo en el estómago antes de ir a los parques.
El baño no tuvo un buen olor, olía feo.
Y durante nuestra estancia, no nos arreglaron la habitación.
La ubicación.
No hay servicio de aseo. Las habitaciones no se limpian. El desayuno deja mucho que desear.
It’s close to the parks and major attractions. Lots of restaurants around
It’s was really filthy and dirty. We stayed on room 233 (2nd floor) and there wasn’t a mini fridge or a microwave so be aware and don’t bring anything that needs to be refrigerated or stored in a cold place. The carpet in the room and the bathroom were disgusting and even the curtains in the main window next to the elevator were all ripped out but yet still hanging there. When you walk into the lobby you may think the hotel is decent but once you get upstairs it’s a different story.
I liked the bedding and the pool.
Well when I first got to the room, one of the lamps was hanging lopsided, one of the outlets next to the bed didn’t work. The carpet in front of the mini fridge was sticky. There is a phone on the desk of the room but it isn’t hooked up and there is a sticker on the phone as if it was pulled from the box and just placed on the table for decor. Finally in the bathroom, there was hair in the bathtub, the vent exhaust fan didn’t turn on when you flicked the switch on, I had play with the shower diverter ti be able to use the bath because it was stuck in the shower only setting and around the toilet smelled like urine which I had to clean myself.
the breakfast was good
When I arrived, i asked where I could get extra blankets. They told me the extra blankets were in the closet. I looked but couldn't find any. I was too tired and slept without blankets.
Close to the parks
Expensive parking, unclean rooms, room service advertised but never provided even after the third night. Not enough staff to aid with sales like water. Shuttle to parks not flexible with parks and hours.
