The parking fee
If they allowed for zero stars I would have selected. Where to start. My daughter stayed here with her high school classmates as part of a chorus/band trip from April 16-April 20 2026.
Like past reviews, my daughter returned late in the evening after visiting Disney to find there were no towels in her room. She was sharing a room with three other girls. When she called to request towels they said they would bring them up. More than 30 minutes later she called back and they said no towels were available until the following morning after they would have already left for the day. Not very hospitable.
This same evening, over 60 of my daughter’s classmates had their room key cards deactivated. Upon arriving back from the park, all 60+ needed to have cards reactivated. As you would suspect this took quite a bit of time.
The following evening they returned from the parks again. This time the toilet was not working and the shower was leaking onto the floor. The girls went to the front desk and the staff called maintenance. The staff mentioned the Maintenance worker did not speak English and the girls would need to point to the toilet so he knew it was not working. When he showed up, he tried plunging the toilet, a chaperone used Google Translate to speak in Spanish yet he did not answer any questions. The plunging did not work, he stopped, said no fix, and walked out.
The girls and chaperone went to the front desk, explained what happened, and the front desk staff said you will have to make do because there are no other rooms. The chaperone persisted and the girls were moved to a “suite”.
After all this, I called the manager a few days later to provide the feedback and ask how this could happen. After all I reviewed with him, he said there is nothing I can do now as she has checked out. Additionally, the manager stated he was not made aware of any of these issues.
I liked the staff. Although they were less staffed than any hotel I have ever stayed at, they did a good job and were very personable. You couldn't help but feel bad for their reidiculous workload
Everything else. Too short-staffed, the phone was broken, the safe was broken, I was told on a paper after I paid and checked in that the hotel only provided every other day ("Light) housekeeping and full cleanings every 3rd day. Since I stayed two nights, I didn't have housekeeping at all. I was shocked that this was the level of service at a Hyatt.
Rooms are old, not clean and smell. The hotel is very loud, the fitness center is closed. There is loud sounds constantly in the hotel. I would not recommend this hotel for the price.

When I arrive they didn't have the room i purchased available. I selected 2 queens 1 bunk bed for my family.
Its unfortunate to purchase one particular rom and not receive it.
Another note is none of the bottles in the shower were full. All of them needed a refill of the product. And you only realize it when your already in the shower.
I think there is room for improvement.
The front desk staff was helpful.

The guy that check up in, ( Johnny), if that was his name, has a nasty attitude, in front of the other guest, when checking in, didn’t appreciate it, charged me more than what I was suppose to pay, and nothing was done about it, will not stay there again, the rooms was cancel when we got there, why I don’t know, but will not go there
Location
Conditions of property and service. They never came to clean the room.
The location of this hotel is perfect with easy access to theme parks, other attractions, food, etc. It's also a beautiful area.
The room was not well kept and we felt a bit catfished with the pictures online. This is definitely an older hotel so the amenities are out dated and the carpet smells. The bathroom does not feel clean at all. We requested an extra towel for our kid and never received it. The breakfast was a hot mess - there are not much options and food items are not restocked so you will need to go down early.

The hotel is great if you are staying outside of Disney. The room has 2 beds and a sofa, and some rooms have 2 beds and a bunk bed. Great for a family of 4 or 5. The staff was so helpful, Destiny and Jonhy were amazing. Rooms are big. Bebs are comfortable. You can not be wrong with this hote.

Our window view was not the best.
The room was decent and clean
We decided after a long day outside to sit in the bar and order something to eat and drink. One word is describing the result disappointment. The food was overcooked and also the cocktail we ordered was unsatisfactory. Also the breakfast had low variation of goods and medium quality.
