I paid for a room with a certain amount of beds, once I arrived was told what I already paid for was not an option. I was told a manager would reach out to fix the room rate and no one ever reached out to me.

Pros:

No store, nobody is ever at the front desk, rooms are damp & outdated. The area is very sketchy. It is NOT walkable to anything except Olive Garden lol

Cons:

I had a pounding headache- asked if there was anything available to purchase… there wasn’t. I asked where I could get some (closest gas station ) and the clerk never answered me- just picked up the phone and stopped talking to me.

Ótima! Voltaria para o mesmo hotel!
Pros:

Localização excelente! Ao lado do restaurante Olive Garden. Quartos muito bons, espaçosos, cama confortável, chuveiro bom! Café da manhã básico. Funcionários prestativos.

Cons:

A camareira sempre esquecia que estávamos em 4 pessoas e só deixava 3 ou 2 toalhas de banho. Café da manhã poderia ter mais variedades.

Pros:

First of all we did not get the room that I reserved because it"s not ready yet when we got there and they don't"t know what time it will be ready so they put us in a different room. Secondly, I found a big roach crawling on the sink. I tried to call the help desk but no answer so we just end up staying in the same room. The manager said to call booking.com to get 25% off for my compensation. I called you guys but it's hard to talk to a live person
