Pros:

Proximité de l'hôtel et du centre ville. Restaurant gastronomique

Cons:

Nous avons trouvé dommage que l'hôtel ne propose pas de menu pour la demi-pension : il donne un forfait de 2250 roupies. Il y a toujours un surplus à payer.

Great stay overall
Pros:

Very helpful and responsive staff, clean rooms and decent in-house restaurant and super late in-room dinning request accommodated. Check-out experience was great and the staff (Saira and Faith) were super helpful.

Cons:

No refrigerator in the room. But the staff got ice buckets for me each day.

Great location and comfortable hotel
Pros:

It was a very short stay as we arrived very late and left very early however location was great and right next to a night market for a wander after we arrived. The parking was full due to said night market but the staff were great in taking our car and putting it somewhere temporary only to move it once parking was available.

My stay was magical and unique, with unexpected cake and tailored made decoration
Pros:

The hotel served the best food, and the services provided from front desk, concierge, housekeeping, waiters, to security was higher than expected. The time for checkin was super fast, reception was very receptive and welcoming. The dinner and breakfast were well organised by the team.

Cons:

Exceptional entertainment: like violinist to move near clients when having dinner or offer a free entry ticket in package to visit the museum/odysseo/les moulins de la concorde depending on the price/number days of stay. This will attract more local and international couples, families, business travellers to enjoy from the near surroundings and boost the occupancy during winter season/ low demand.

Very convenient to the cruise terminal. We could see the cruise ship from our room.
Pros:

This is very close to lots of restaurants and shopping. We stayed several days before Cruise and it’s a quick ride to the cruise ship.
