The service was spot on and quick, Michelle & Joel were very sweet to send in complimentary champagne for my friend’s birthday and helped us with luggage too. The hotel is at the perfect location with all the happening places around. Would recommend 10/10

After I purchased a hookah at the pride event i spoke to a girl who was engaged and proceeded to look at her ugly fiance in shock and because of my look, I was kicked out.

I just finished my stay at the Clevelander Hotel with my best friend for my 22nd birthday, and I genuinely don't even know where to start, because this was hands down the best hotel experience I've ever had.

From the moment that we arrived, we were made to feel so welcome. Godfrey at the reception was absolutely AMAZING! As it was my birthday and my first time in the United States, he really went above and beyond for me and my best friend. He was so kind, he was so attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. He helped us with our welcome drinks, gave us great recommendations in Miami Beach, and even supported us with our security deposit, which I truly appreciated. Every time I saw him throughout the week, he was just as warm, funny, engaging, and helpful. We had such great conversations with him. He made us feel so comfortable and taken care of, and I will never forget how he made me feel during my stay.

We also met Michelle at the reception in the middle of the week, who was equally as amazing. She was so friendly, funny, patient, and accommodating with us from the moment that we met her. She always had a smile on her face and made us feel so welcome every time we came in. It was always a joy to see her. On our last day, when our flight was later on in the evening, she was incredibly understanding and allowed us to store our luggage and relax in the lobby, which made everything so much easier and stress-free. She really went above and beyond for us and I'm so grateful for her kindness. That also, I will never forget as she really contributed greatly to our stay!

I also wanted to mention Max also. We ordered room service and every time he came, he had such great customer service, checking in with us, making sure that we were OK, giving us that great & amazing customer service that we had also received from Michelle & Godfrey! The food that was delivered to us was absolutely amazing & the drinks we had were soooo good too! Honestly, some of the best I've had during my trip. From the presentation to the taste, and the service was just as amazing. Max truly made sure everything was perfect for us and it really added to the overall experience.

The room itself exceeded my expectations. It was so clean, comfortable, and beautifully set up. The bathroom was spacious, the shower was amazing, and the beds were so comfortable that I genuinely didn't want to leave. I also wanted to shout out to the housekeeping team. There was one lovely blondish lady, I didn't get her name, but she was absolutely amazing to us. She was always making sure that we had enough towels, enough amenities, enough water, and she truly went above and beyond for us as well. She was amazing! We were also placed in a quieter area, which I really appreciated, as we could relax without noise but still be close to everything.

The location of the hotel is perfect. It's right across from the beach, which made everything so easy and convenient, and it's right on the Ocean Drive strip where everything is. I also love the fact that the hotel has so much to offer. The rooftop was beautiful both in the morning and at night, and the pool and the beach access really made the stay feel like a full experience. I would definitely recommend making full use of the amenities because it's absolutely worth it.

One of my favourite things about the Clevelander is the energy. Being able to come downstairs and instantly be in a lively, fun environment with music and entertainment was amazing. It made the whole trip feel so exciting and full of life.

But of course for me, as someone who works in the hotel industry, what truly made this experience UNFORGETTABLE, though, was the staff. Godfrey, Michelle, and Max genuinely made my Miami trip what it was. Their level of care, kindness, and attention to detail is something I've never experienced before in a hotel. They made me feel so special, especially for my birthday, and I will always appreciate that. I had such an amazing time that I'm already planning my next trip back. I genuinely don't see myself staying anywhere else. The Clevelander is now my go-to in Miami. Thank you guys for making my birthday trip so unforgettable. I truly cannot wait to come back and see you all again! :)

From the moment I arrived, my stay was elevated to something truly exceptional—and that was almost entirely due to the incredible professionalism and kindness of the overnight front desk manager, Kristy.

Travel can be exhausting, especially arriving late at night, but I was immediately put at ease by her warm welcome, attentiveness, and genuine desire to help. What stood out most was not just efficiency, but the level of care. Every question I had was answered thoughtfully, every request handled quickly, and it was all done with a calm, reassuring presence that made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another check-in.

At one point during my stay, I needed assistance outside of what most would consider “normal” expectations—and without hesitation, Kristy went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled seamlessly. That kind of service is rare. It wasn’t just about doing her job—it was about taking pride in creating a great experience.

It’s easy to overlook overnight staff, but Kristy is truly the backbone of outstanding hospitality at this hotel. Her dedication, professionalism, and kindness left a lasting impression on me which is incredibly rare in today’s world where customer service seems like a lost art.

Because of Kristy, I wouldn’t hesitate to return—and I will absolutely be recommending this hotel to others. I sincerely hope the senior level management team realizes how incredibly fortunate they are to have such an extraordinary representative of their establishment, and recognizes her efforts accordingly.

The only people who should stay in this hotel are young people looking to party. If you are anyone else, you should keep looking. The biggest issue by far is that there is an all day dance club in the hotel. The music starts about noon time and goes until 2:00 or 3:00 AM. You can absolutely hear it in every room. Even with a noise maker and earplugs, you may still find it bothersome. You simply cannot relax in this hotel unless you want to party to loud music. Ignore the pretty website pictures that show a couple relaxing in the pool. That pool is in the nightclub. We also had a service issue. The day manager was very helpful, empathetic and did make an adjustment to our bill, which we appreciated. But the evening staff was terrible. We needed new bedding, but the night managers showed no urgency or empathy to help us. It took over an hour and a half. It was a really disappointing experience overall. Just avoid this hotel.
