Booked for 6 days Mid-October 2025. The staff was great and accommodating. However, we booked a Rockstar Suite which overlooks the pool. The room was nice and clean but the music was sooooo loud. Wednesday was the earliest the shut the parties down at 2am. The rest of the days were 4am!

We asked to be moved and they accommodated us in another suite at the Essex House, their sister hotel around back. I’ll write a review separately for that.

Overall, we personally wouldn’t choose to stay here again because we are partying until the sun comes up. But the staff were great and the food and drinks at the pool were good.

The front desk agents were very helpful. Everyone from the late night agent when we checked in at 2:00am after flight delays to the gentlemen the next afternoon helping obtain ice, to Michelle the morning of check out. They were all friendly, approachable and professional. We had a balcony room which was perfect for watching all of the activity below, the cars crusing ocean avenue, and beach views. The room may not be appointed in luxury, but the bed was comfortable and it was clean.

I really enjoyed the staff that checked me in and the service at the poolside bar, especially Josh and Iya.

Michelle is excellent, a rare gem, provided top quality service - very warm, kind, helpful, customer-focused and friendly. She made me feel welcome every day during my stay at the Clevelander South Beach Hotel in Miami
I went on a bus and boat tour of Miami Beach and Michelle arranged my pick up and went above and beyond to show me where to wait for the bus. She provided me with information on the hotel facilities and how to get around Miami Beach. I really enjoy my stay in Miami Beach.
Joel, the manager is a gem - his customer service is excellent. He is warm, compassionate and very customer focused and friendly. I had an initial hiccup on arrival and he resolved the matter immediately and provided top quality customer service. Joseph, Max, were also excellent and provided great customer services, information and guide.
The hotel was very clean, my room very clean and comfortable, with a good view of the pool, bar and ocean. The music was fantastic throughout the day and night until close of play; approx mid- night snd a bit later on weekends. The roof top with full ocean view was lovely - the scenery was superb.
Very therapeutic holiday away - my birthday treat in December 2025. The Clevelander South Beach Hotel is the place to go. All the staff there are so welcoming and pleasant. I will definitely stay at this hotel on my next vacation in Miami as it is a great place and I enjoyed my stay to the fullest.

During my short stay in Miami Beach i visited Cleavlander 3 times. Perfect place for party starter/party proper, bar chilling etc. The music, the vibe,the bartenders and all the staff are doing a great job.
I’d like to underline Renata from all the good bartenders. When i was there she was very attentive with all quests around.
Her coctails were awesome showing experience… and she cheered us up on a rainy afternoon.:) Renata is truly made for hospitality, the industry needs more people like her.
I’ll definetely return whenever i pop by Miami beach again.

I come down to Miami for work every year at this time, and have stayed in many different hotels. The Clevelander is perfectly located for beach and night life. The room is clean and cozy. The staff has been very accommodating. Michelle from the front desk was especially helpful when I checked in. Great price for the location and within walking distance of many activities.

Didn’t have breakfast there. Best location in South Beach. Nights are noisy - you are warned. Front desk staff are AMAZING

I loved the location, the bar being right next door and the vibe that was created. I liked how security was really paying attention to guest and who moved in and out of the hotel.
