My stay was amazing. I had a double room no microwave or fridge but overnight desk staff made sure to help with microwav

This definitely is not a 4 star nor even a 3 star hotel. The rooms where outdated they did not have lamps not a mirror the air conditioning did not work. They charged extra $40 per night and this was not estipulated on your site !!!’ Im Very disappointed.

Locatiion was great.

Cons:

That is adult only hotel. They dud not allowed my kids to stay. At booking does not mention anytthing about this rule. They send my famiky to another hotel partner 2 minutes walking away.

Nice stay at Miami Beach
Pros:

The location is really good. In front of the beach practically, you just need to cross the street.
The atmosphere is very friendly, but they have loud music all day long until 2/3am. So if you’re looking for a quiet place this is not the place. But it’s a super fun place.
Rooms are clean, nothing fancy and they are small, but are comfortable. It didn’t have refrigerator or microwave in our room.
The price was not bad. We booked last minute and pay $533 for 2 nights for a hotel in front of the beach. The only thing that we had to pay extra was the valet parking. They offer it for $50/night
I want to give a shoutout to Michelle and dave from the front desk. They were really nice and helpful to us. Give them a raise!

I’m coming back same time next year and already booked the rooms
Pros:

The colors the staff and how fast they responded to things especially the manager I think his name was hector. He worked so hard to help us New York girls out making sure we got to watch the nba game

Cons:

I didn’t like the TVs we’re working in 2 of my friends rooms and it was taking way to long to fix
