I’m coming back same time next year and already booked the rooms
Pros:

The colors the staff and how fast they responded to things especially the manager I think his name was hector. He worked so hard to help us New York girls out making sure we got to watch the nba game

Cons:

I didn’t like the TVs we’re working in 2 of my friends rooms and it was taking way to long to fix

The picture are alittle miss leading on how it really is .
If you’re looking for a chill time don’t go here it’s a popping bottles and open pool to the public type of place . Pool sucks super small seating sucks

Pros:

Location was great!

Cons:

Staff weren’t very attentive. We arrived and no one was at the desk. When she finally arrived, there was no customer service. No welcome drink offered (which was included) just silence and passed us our room key. The original room had awful noisy air con, so we asked to switch. The second room was basic but ok.

Great place to lay your head after a lively evening
Pros:

Close proximity to everything needed for a fun evening. Hospitality was great by the front desk staff and maintenance. Received a welcome drink!

Cons:

We had a roof leak! Maintenance was quick to come up and fix the problem. Our room phone also didn’t work. Therefore, I had to find the hotel’s number on Google then call them from my personal cell phone

Amazing staff at clevelander
Pros:

Michelle was amazing!! We arrived 5 hours before check in and she was able to get us a room when we came! She also was able to get a mini fridge up to our room! She was so friendly accommodating, and energetic! It was a great start to our experience in Miami!

Pros:

Had the best experience at Clevelander this weekend! The service was spot on and quick, Michelle & Joel were very sweet to send in complimentary champagne for my friend’s birthday and helped us with luggage too. The hotel is at the perfect location with all the happening places around. Would recommend 10/10
