Cons:

My room, 246, was rented with a broken lock. I had to wait for the concierge to 'break in' with a screw driver ever time i got back. I started leaving the door propped, open to everyone to enter, when i left. Later i was told this happens every time with that lock meaning they never fix it, just rent the 240 euro room without working lock

Great location and staff, some amenities and cleanliness could have been better.
Pros:

The location was great, easily walkable to destinations and/or public transit. Great part of town away from the center.

Cons:

The TV didn't really work at all. The street level room was a little loud at times.

A good location for the museums in Amsterdam
Pros:

They were kindly offered me a cup of coffee when I arrived there as a courtesy and provided me the information I needed it. Helpful and supportive staffs. Also, coffee facilities are available in the room. Near the park and two major museums nearby but in the quiet location.

Cons:

A bit far way to catching Metro.

Lovely stay
Pros:

Near the centre and very calm area. They kept our luggage while awaiting for checkin and after checkout. The room was clean and had all we needed.

Pros:

Die Lage war top, alles gut zu Fuss erreichbar und ziemlich zentral!

Cons:

Die Empfangsfrauen waren ziemlich abgelenkt (Check-in nebenbei mit dem Mittagessen im Mund, man wird nicht bedient wenn man sich bicht aufdrängt, nicht unbedingt freundlich etc.). Die Zimmer sind seeehr köein, mit zwei Koffern kaum Platz um Klamotten raus zu nehmen. Das Zimmer war mässig sauber (z.B. wurden offenbar Spinnen "entfernt", die Beine hingen aber noch in der Dusche etc.). Das Bett war sehr durchgelegen, in der Mitte eine massive Mulde, die Matratze ist verbraucht. Sehr schade, da wäre Potenzial!

Pros:

Emplacement super, lits confortable, personnels gentils.

Cons:

Odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain, lumière clignotante, pas de pression d'eau dans la douche, bruit de chasse d'eau. Mauvais double vitrage.
