The location is 30 seconds walk from Vondelpark, 5mins walk from the Museum Square. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It was clean and bright. As a solo female traveller I felt safe and comfortable.
No full length mirror in my room. No information in the room about the hotel, facilities or the area. The ability to use WhatsApp to contact reception is great but it would be great to have that in some sort of info/FAQ document.
Good location. Comfy bed. Friendly and helpful staff.
Some of the decor was a bit dated but for the price range it was fine. Main thing it's clean

Rooms are small and tight. But I was alone so it was OK and its Europe and most rooms are small.
Konumu harika güzel bir mahallede vondelparkın bir girişinde bulunuyor 4.kez gelip yaptığımız en iyi konaklamalardandı normalde farklı oda tutmuştuk ama hamile olduğum için ekstra yastık rica etmiştim resepsiyona geldiğimizde odamızı upgrade ettiklerini söylediler sanırım hamile olduğum için :) yastıkta vardı o da gayet büyük güzel bir avluya bakıyor iyi ışık alıyor sadece oda da 2 banyo 1 tuvalet var o biraz garip tuvaletten çıkıp elinizi yıkamaya başka yere gidiyorsunuz ama yine de uzun süreli konaklamalar için güzel baya yatak yastık rahat oda da kasa var güvenlikliydi resepsiyondaki sunny'e güleryüzü için de teşekkür ederiz :)
Her gün temizlik olabilir demiştik ilk gün yapılmış gibiydi yatak yastık düzlenmiş çöpler atılmış havlular alınmıştı ama banyolarda saçlar hala vardı ve yerine temiz havlu bırakılmamıştı arayıp istedik getirdiler ikinci günde çöpleri almışlar toplayıp odanın içinde unutmuşlardı :) birde klima çok sorunlu sanırım merkezi bir sistemle çalışıyor açmamamıza rağmen belli bir saatte çalışmaya başlıyor kapatıyoruz 1 dk sonra tekrar açılıyor çok soğutmuyor ama sesi yorucuydu
Very friendly welcome and service minded staff! Clean, comfortable beds and a lovely rain shower. The location was for our purpose excellent!
Just details as a spot broken which gave an insufficient light for the mirror. And as our room was in the basement it was little additional light from the windows.
Staff were very helpful. Location was excellent for museums and Vondelpark. Easy location for trams.

Airconditioner was not working properly. rooms were old and not clean as I expected.
