Unsanitary conditions hazardous issues amenities and wasnt worth the money
First nights stay we did not now about breakfast. We decided to stay a second night and was told about the buffet style breakfast which was great. The rooms were very clean and comfortable beds.
If families are staying there and are there for the boardwalk and shows, they should have pamphlets and flyers to give you ideas of what's around the area and what restaurants are close by. There were none. Also the Wi-Fi wasn't so great.
Me gusto que esta cerca de las tiendas, de la playa y de los casinos ,esta muy limpio y caminando cerca de 10 minutos al boardwalk, lo recomiendo ampliamente.
Tener microwave fue un plus!

The rooms were clean
The pool was out of service and the staff was very rude. Especially the guest services section an employee named Glenn.
Overall, I was disappointed with my stay at the Sheraton. The room had a strong musty, old smell, and the air conditioning didn’t cool the room very well. While the lobby was beautiful, the rest of the hotel is extremely outdated and in desperate need of renovations.
The front desk employee wasn’t welcoming and came across as miserable, which didn’t make for a great first impression. Another downside was the $30 valet parking fee. It’s frustrating to pay an additional charge just to park when you’re already paying to stay at the hotel.
The biggest concern was safety. While waiting for our car from valet, we witnessed a man walking a Rottweiler who was having repeated outbursts toward hotel guests. Hotel staff didn’t appear to intervene until another guest went inside to complain, which eventually resulted in police responding. There were also police vehicles around the area throughout both the day and night, which didn’t create a very comfortable atmosphere.
Unfortunately, this wasn’t the experience we expected, and I wouldn’t choose to stay here again without significant improvements.
La cama antigua e incómoda, el tema del parking no es cómodo para los huéspedes.
I needed to work at the convention center for a conference and stay in the area for a couple of nights. When I was last here, I stayed at the Courtyard on the strip and it was horrible… poor security, the valets looked like the pot smokers on the street, so much pot smell everywhere within and outside the hotel, etc. So this time I opted for this place, especially since it was connected to the convention center.
If it wasn’t for being connected to the convention center, I wouldn’t imagine that anyone would ever stay here. Looks like the last time it was renovated was in the 90’s, as it is in serious need of repair, updating, and fixing!
Checking in was nice, the lady who checked me in hit all the marks, but was very insincere in doing so, she was just going through the motions. Once I got to the room, the first thing I noticed was the wrinkled carpet with big bumps under it and the poorly maintained room. The HVAC was loud and annoying. The bathroom had a tub and didn’t even have bottles of shampoo, shower gel, etc on the wall; rather, they provide small bottles on the sink, which they didn’t refresh after my first use/night using them… and to make it worse, they took what I did use, but didn’t finish, so I had nothing!
The bed was sagging and needs new mattress. The TV was horrible, it was the old style with no Pluto or other streaming services. I could go on and on about the horrible condition of the room or the poor way housekeeping kept it up.
The kicker was the TERRIBLE valet… I enjoyed a decent experience dropping off the car the first time and tipped nicely. I picked up the car once and that was ok, not fast, but I still tipped nicely. Then when it was time to checkout, I used the text link to request the car and it came up with something about payment, but nothing to get the car. So, I called the desk and she told me to just use the app, but when I told her it said this, she said she’d call the valet for me. I came down about 10 mins later and went outside and waited about 10 minutes and nothing, so I went back in and asked again and she called the valet. I went back outside, waited about 5 mins, still nothing. I went back in again and asked her and she told me he said he was getting the car… I waited in the lobby this time and about 5 mins later the guy (horrible employee guy) showed up with my car. I ended up waiting about 30 minutes for my car – the kicker was that this was at 4:30AM when I started!! How Absolutely RIDICULOUS!!!
The combination of the front desk lady’s nonchalant demeanor, the extremely terribly lazy valet guy’s service, and the poor conditions of the property make this a one star for me.
Sköna sängar, 5 kvarter till strandpromenaden, med outlet butiker på vägen dit och hem.
Jag måste rekommendera Ruth’s Chris Steak House. Något finare resturang men wow vilken mat om ni gillar kött.
