Happy with the room but disappointed with morning shift staff members
Pros:

Honestly, everything about the property is great! Night shift staff from 5pm-12am are so so friendly! Honestly the most friendly hotel staff I have ever met! The room was fine, nothing fancy! It’s very spacious but you only get live TV for free, if you want to watch a movie on the TV you have to pay at least $24 for the movie

Cons:

when it came to the morning crew it’s nothing but attitude and quick responses. I got told late night of my stay that I got an accommodated late check-out time for 1pm but when I called the front desk in the morning the lady who answered my call didn’t even let me ask if I could willingly pay the extra $50 plus tax if they had a later check-out time of 4pm but was immediately cut off by a quick “12:30 is the latest” but yet I was told 1pm last night? I myself work the graveyard shift and honestly don’t understand why it’s so hard to be a kind person at 10 in the morning. It just really upsets me to see the same pattern of behavior that is displayed in the morning shift of any place I attend. I get it’s the morning and you’re tired but I am also tired after working a 12+ hour shift until 5 in the morning and I can seem to muster up just the littlest bit of kindness when I talk to others. Why can you do the same since it was only 11am when I asked about the late check-out time?

Convenient for my event.
Pros:

The location was convenient to my event.

Cons:

The room was to hot when we first arrived. We were told that there was issues with the air conditioning unit in our room and we WERE NOT offered a new room. We were told that the issue would be resolved upon our return and it wasn’t. We had to wait about an half hour for maintenance to come and fix the problem later that evening which was an inconvenience.

Pros:

Went for a 1 night get away. The price was great, hotel is old but nice and clean. Seeing all the history of the Miss American pageant was interesting. We would stay there again.

Cons:

A restaurant on site would have been nice but at least there was a bar.

Definitely enjoyed my stay and the ambience of the hotel. Lobby was decorative and room was comfy
Pros:

Bathroom and room was clean and dust free. Quiet stay, not much noise despite staying during prom/graduation month. Staff were polite and helpful. Parking near the hotel was convenient and easy to find via the parking pass.

Cons:

Room was a bit chilly and the temperature never rose above 75 degrees. The tv could be updated to a more modern one (perhaps, flatscreen).

A clean, safe, peaceful stay with a beautiful city view, friendly staff, and everything within easy walking distance.
Pros:

I stayed on the 5th floor and still had a beautiful view of the city. I went in May, so there were no long elevator lines and the hotel wasn’t crowded at all. The room was clean, the staff was friendly, and having a fridge and microwave was a plus. The beach is an easy walk away, and security was visible the whole time. If you’re traveling solo, you’ll feel safe here. I’ll definitely be staying again.

Cons:

Everything was nice & clean it just needs some updates in the room.

Very comfortable with no noise. Nice view, very close to transportation and restaurants.

Very good value for money
Pros:

So good. Conveniently valet. Just off the strip to not too busy. Huge room with good amenities.

Cons:

I guess it was a bit annoying that the bar closed quite early one night. But there are plenty of options so this was not a big deal
