Completely surpassed our expectations. We made beautiful memories!
Pros:

It felt like home. The suite was very roomy. The bed was super comfortable. It was close to the North End and great Italian restaurants. It is also close to the Seaport district for a sunset cruise and more fabulous restaurants. Faneuil Hall and Quincy Market were a block away. Loved everything about the Custom House property. We could walk to all our favorite spots.

Perfect location in Boston with friendly staff
Pros:

Location was perfect and view on deck was awesome. Loved the tours listed but didn’t have long enough stay to get to go Will make time for them on my next visit!

Die zentrale Lage war sehr gut. Auch das sehr freundliche Personal hat uns überzeugt. Preis/Leistung war für das Marathon Wochenende überzeugend.

Pros:

Easily one of our favorite hotels to stay at in Boston. Absolutely beautiful and feels like a mini getaway with the full apartment suites, plenty of amenities with great views of the city. Perfect convenient location central to everything and both within walking distance or a short drive to plenty of restaurant options and tourist attractions.

Enjoyed my stay at this wonderful hotel with great location
Pros:

Beautiful building and great location! The room was very clean and spacious. The staff were all super nice.

Cons:

I wish they had better breakfast options but there are many coffee shops in the area so one does not have to eat breakfast at the hotel.

Lovely iconic building, great location, lovely staff
Pros:

The location was excellent and the building was fabulous. The staff were lovely and there were plenty of free activities.

Cons:

The sofa bed was hard and there was not a lot of bedding provided for it, so we had to get extra from Reception. Otherwise the facilities were fine. For anyone with mobility issues, there were sets of stairs within the building when you were out of the lifts.

Pros:

Everything. From the moment I called for an early check in to the staff sending up a bday gift when my friends told them why we were there. The cozy lay out, room to building. We’re not in Copley anymore. The trip up to the observation deck. Perfect experience start to finish.
