They barged into my room two staff one lady from the office and house keeper and proceeded to look all around at my stuff saying stuff about smoking mind you they looked really incompetent since I don't smoke o vape so the fact that they tried to lie and say something about smoking was crazy then they proceeded to say something about how my husband cussed at me as we were getting into our Uber my room was on perfect condition and I had my camera on for my safety the whole time I was there so we didn't get loud or smoke they were just judging and profiling after I paid 1000 dollars for a week oh and then took 125 out of my account later on and never gave me my deposit. Also my room was in perfect condition have videos and pictures because I knew they were scammers moral of the story this place was trash and it's cold breakfast. Not worth the price we paid for their harassment. And legally I have the right to record and very glad I did because this is what these hotels try to do. They charged crazy prices and then try to lie to keep the money. Do not stay here if you don't fit in their box of how they think you're supposed to look . Profiling at its finest.

I lost my wallet and the staff found it and kept it in safety box and returned to me upon request. I appreciate the honesty of the staff members.
there was no kitchen utensils, no plates/bowls, knives upon check-in. We need to go to the front desk to ask for them.

The property was not very clean, didn’t have enough towels, one soap for everyone, gave us rooms in opposite side of the building (when I had requested them together with my kids), I had also got this place because it said full breakfast and a coffee and a snack bar is NOT breakfast, the receptionist was rude and asked for a everyone’s ID’s like if this was a 5 star hotel. The distance from the freeway was 4 miles, very inconvenient when someone is very tired. I had to come back twice to the reception desk because she only gave me one key room. Then I was forced to come back and get the other key because she didn’t finish checking me the first time and send me off. I was also charged twice for the stay. Now if anyone gets to read this, I would ask you, why would I choose your hotel over somebody else’s if it’s this inconvenient? I do not recommend this place to anyone. You guys have a lot of competition.
