El señor que ayuda a llevar el equipaje a las habitaciones tendría que ser el encargado de recibir a las personas y hacer el registro ya que es una persona tan amable y se gana el respeto de cualquiera,al contrario de las séñoras que nos recibieron, ellas parece que son las dueñas del hotel,falta de amabilidad,carisma o buen trato a las personas, No me volvería a quedar en ese lugar por eso. Decepcionante el ambiente, personas con falta de cultura que se creen ricos por trabajar o hospedarse ahí que por cierto hay lugares mucho mejores, claro que hay que viajar y salir de su país para que entiendan mejor de la vida.

First , there was no water . Cable on tv was not working. When the water came , it came with dirt .

We have no Spanish. Everyone was patient with us and helped us get registered and at the restaurant with ordering our meal. It was nice to have hot water in the shower and the room was comfortable and clean.
