very friendly and welcoming and a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

We checked out of a really poor hotel the day we booked this and had no where to stay until we found this place, they welcomed us and we where able to stop worrying right away. this hotel was a good location for us as the mall was right across the street and lots of great local spots to go and eat. we where also able to rent a bike and our laundry all within a 15min walk and of course a 7/11 only about 5mina from us. The breakfast was a great way to start the day they had great options. The room was really clean and had huge windows and all the staff were really great we really enjoyed our stay here we would definitely come back if we are in the area again!

Cons:

the only issue we had was a small in the washroom it was pretty bad most days but we just kept the door shut and it didn’t spread out into the room. When they cleaning crew came in would smell better for the day then stink again.

הזרם מים במקלחת חלש כאילו מישהו פשוט לוקח בקבוק מים ושופך עלייך המים מתחלפים מחמים לקרים פתאום ונשארים קרים לפחות ל5 דק המלון במיקום לא רחוק בכלל מקניון מאיה אבל באמצע כביש מהיר ודורש הליכה ברגל
ביום שהיינו צריכים ללכת משם לא היו מוניות וביקשנו מהקבלה שיביאו לנו מונית היא נכנסה לאפליקציה של בולט וניסתה גם להזמין ללא הצלחה הביאו לנו מצעים עם דם ביקשנו שיחליפו ולא החליפו וברוב חוצפתם ביום שעזבנו חייבו אותנו 1000 באט 100 שקל על המצעים האלה
אני בחיים לא מתלונן וסגרתי מעל 2000 מלונות בבוקינג זה מלון של שווה 15 שקל ללילה והוא לא שווה שינה ברמה מעליבה לא ללכת לשם ישראלים תישמרו מזה

A Peaceful and Intimate Stay with Room for Small Improvements
Pros:

It is a small, intimate hotel and truly appreciated how well it catered to guests’ needs. The atmosphere was calm and welcoming, making it easy to relax from the moment I arrived. I especially enjoyed the pool area, and the quiet lounge was a real bonus — a lovely space to unwind and enjoy some peaceful time.

Cons:

On the downside, the breakfast selection was the same each morning (for example, soup and sweet potatoes), so a bit more variety would have been appreciated. The gym facilities were adequate, but it would be great to see a wider range of weights available.

Pros:

Местоположение очень удобное:в 3-5 мин был ТЦ/кафе/продуктовые/массажи.Относительно недалеко от оживленного центра города. Нам очень понравилось гулять .Спать было спокойно и тихо.
Все чисто,аккуратно. Мебель и комната новые .Заселили за 5 минут.
Завтраки были довольно скромные,не огромный шведский стол,но поесть можно было.
Парковка для машин и байков рядом с отелем.

Pros:

The reception staff was very nice and scconodat8ng and helped us with our internet problems. He even gave us his phone . Really lovely. Its an ex best western hotel so its very good quality for money

Ottima scelta per un soggiorno a Chiang Mai
Pros:

Abbiamo scelto il Prime Square Hotel per il nostro viaggio di nozze e ci siamo trovati molto bene. La posizione è ottima, comoda per muoversi facilmente e per visitare Chiang Mai e le zone circostanti. L’hotel è pulito e ben curato, le camere confortevoli e il personale sempre gentile e disponibile. La colazione era semplice ma buona, perfetta per iniziare la giornata. È stato un soggiorno piacevole e senza stress, ideale anche come base per gli spostamenti.
