The front staff, Richard was very nice. We were there for 2 days and there was no hot/warm/luke warm water or WiFi.

Cons:

Not a good value for money. You have to run the water a lot before you get hot water. Such a waste. In spite of lots of space spread out over 2 rooms, there was no chair or sofa to relax, though there were 4 high stools to use for eating at a counter. No towel bar or hook to dry towels in bathroom.. Quite a few stairs/steps to get to 2nd floor.

Uncompromising Business
Pros:

I arrived and the room was not to my liking. There was minimal natural light and hairs from the previous guests on the bathroom floor. The bed was also stiff, so I asked to cancel the reservation. They said they would have to charge me the full amount, but their terminal wasn’t working. The whole experience was a headache.

Pros:

Martin and Viridiana were excellent hosts. Hotel has just been remodeled so everything was pretty much new. Hotel is about a 10 minute walk away from the Union garden and other places of interest, so it is a great option if you are staying a few days.

Reasignación de hotel a último minuto
Pros:

Inicialmente teníamos está reserva y nos cambiaron unas cuantas horas al hotel santa Regina que es parte de la misma cadena pero la limpieza en áreas comunes no era adecuada, el colchón viejo e incómodo y supuestamente tenía desayuno incluido que cuando llegue a Santa Regina me indican que el hotel que yo habia reservado no tenía desayuno, al final si lo incluyeron pero no era un desayuno espectacular tanto que el segundo día optamos por comer en otro restaurante. El personal es lo mejor ya que siempre fueron muy atentos.
