It doesn’t feel like a motel. There’s a Sense of community and unwavering customer service that is very different from what I have experienced in other places.
It’s calm and friendly, the property is clean and quiet. Jami and her team , Ava,the entire team of hospitality specialists are delightful and welcoming. They make everyone feel safe and comfortable and do it with a smile 😊

I’ve stayed all over the country , I’ve stayed in 2 star I’ve stayed in 5 star and the group of people that run this place far exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond everyday. Not just for me, but for anyone that came into the lobby and asked for help if they needed something for their room if they were making a new booking, if they were checking in late anything I never once caught one speck of irritation, frustration, nothing coming from the staff ever and they were definitely dealing with a lot at some point and they made it look like it was just a walk in the park it was never a heavy uncomfortable cloud in that lobby like I have experienced. In other places it was just great. They’re amazing and this hotel is very lucky to have them.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Truly Exceptional Service from Jaimie and Trisha!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Jaimie and Trisha at Extended Stay America – Phoenix/Scottsdale North.

I initially called because I needed to reserve a room for my brother and his friend, who had stayed at this location several times before. The moment I explained who they were, both ladies knew exactly whom I was talking about. That immediately showed me that they genuinely pay attention to their guests and see them as people—not simply room numbers.

My brother and his friend did not have enough money to stay another night, and because I was not paid until today, I had been a nervous wreck worrying about them. When I called, I learned that if they had simply communicated their situation, Jaimie and Trisha would have done everything possible to help them the night before. That level of compassion absolutely melted my heart.

They assured me that I could make a reservation and that my brother and his friend would be well cared for. After booking three nights online, I spoke with Trisha, the manager, who immediately directed me to the required authorization form and confirmed its receipt as soon as I submitted it. I then arranged an Uber to take them to the hotel. When I called again, Jaimie warmly reassured me that they would be taken care of. By that point, it felt as though we had established a genuine connection—something increasingly rare in customer service.

I have worked in customer service for more than 25 years, so I recognize truly exceptional service when I experience it. From beginning to end, both Jaimie and Trisha were compassionate, knowledgeable, positive, professional, and eager to help. They never hesitated, never made me feel like an inconvenience, and gave me tremendous peace of mind during an incredibly stressful situation.

Because of these two remarkable women, I will continue booking at this location and would not want my family staying anywhere else. I will gladly recommend this property, its staff, and especially Jaimie and Trisha to everyone I know.

Thank you both from the bottom of my heart. I sincerely hope we have the opportunity to meet someday so I can give you each a huge hug and personally tell you how grateful I am. Your kindness meant more to me and my family than you will ever know.
