We had a big, beautiful room with a jacuzzi and a private porch — the perfect place to relax. The spa service was top-notch, one of the best we’ve experienced. We enjoyed the world-famous Santa Rosa chorizo, which lived up to the hype. The weather was perfect throughout our stay, and we took long, peaceful walks around the charming neighborhood. Easy to find and conveniently located just off the highway. Highly recommended for a romantic getaway or wellness retreat.
My stay at this hotel was a unique experience. Paula and the entire staff demonstrated exceptional helpfulness and accommodation throughout my visit. Their efforts in hosting were impressive and made my time there enjoyable. I look forward to staying again in the future and would highly recommend this place to others.

The only thing we could think of that was a negative was that the outdoor jacuzzi was being serviced during our stay.
We recently spent 6 days at the Jade Spa Hotel. This hotel and spa is a wonderful gem. This is a quiet location with beautiful views of the nearby mountains. The rooms are large and decorated very nicely. The bed was so comfortable. Paula the owner and her staff provided a personal service that is professional, helpful and amazing. We especially enjoyed having our meals served on our private patio in the morning and evening. The spa is an added bonus (we did it twice!) and added extra enjoyment to our visit. They helped us with so many things that made us feel more like family. From laundry service to information on what to see and do in the area. We highly recommend this amazing hotel and we will return as soon as we can!
