I love the property great location near the gallerria mall literally a block away clean and comfortable happy hour is a nice touch Craig was a great bartender friendly guy he told us were we could go to experience some night life for ny husband birthday the pool was fun we got chance to enjoy the hot tub breakfast was nice as well we enjoyed the brisket omelette the cheft was amazing just a great stay we had to change rooms but it was very quick we didn’t have to wait for check in time the concierge at the desk was nice and friendly handled our stay very well im very pleased also we had our pet dog and he had a great stay as well definitely will return
Parking, although there is parking you have to pay by the day and its seperate they have signs in parking lots to scan as you stay

Beds were comfortable, tidy rooms but not clean.
The pool was nasty, horrible smell on both days that we stayed. I had seen a review about a vehicle stolen here before I booked and I honestly should have definitely listened to her suggestion on not staying. My vehicle was not stolen but my tail lights were. We were greatly disappointed about the staff not taking our issue seriously nor offering us help on a Sunday on where to go to buy tail lights. No where near helpful. My truck is a new 2026 and there was definitely an attempt to steal vehicle thankfully they were unsuccessful and I also suspect someone in the staff to be involved with outer source for stealing the vehicles. I do not recommend to stay if you have a nice vehicle. You never know if you will be left without your vehicle accessories or just without a vehicle. Staff will be of no help. Finding tail lights on a Sunday was very hectic and we weren't able to drive around in our vehicle so we had to Uber to locations to find trailer tail lights, just to be able to go home.(6hr drive) 👎 I got a reply on my review about how sadly it can happen at any big metropolitan city by the manager. I'm not the first person to have something stolen there. I've been in Dallas many years and this was the first time it's ever happened to us. It's not good for the gm to justify this. Do better with the security and trust of your guests. 🤦🏻♀️

Window faced two crackheads smoking; bartender refused to serve before cut off time; elevators weren’t working; asked for body wash and never got it…had to go to CVS and buy one.
The renovations were beautiful we stay at this location when we visit Texas and the changes added to the always delightful stay, great job

Jorge, the omelet cook was super! Did a great job!
Our plane didn’t land until 5:30, and had to pick up a rental that made it difficult to arrive in time for for happy hour. Was able to get one drink, but the bartender was inflexible on giving the second drink, because I was a couple minutes past 7. Could have shown some class and mercy given the circumstances to provide the second drink. Thought it was a bit stiff and uncaring to a customer.
The breakfast chef was great! Food was good. Bed was good too.
Room was 2 bedrooms but only one bathroom & it was inside one bedroom luckily we were sharing with family!!
