Cons:

Old needs to be maintained much better. Toilet clogged multiple times and ran constantly, heater has lose wires, elevator was extremely loud and clunky, the hotel is old and needs to be updated. Staff was nice if there was no problem as soon as you notified the staff of an issue their attitude changed and I felt I was the burden.

A Dallas hotel for everyone
Pros:

I loved this hotel. The location was great for us. The room was extremely comfortable and large. Breakfast is also superb, especially the omlette that is prepared with the ingredients you want. The staff at the reception and at breakfast was nice and always helpful.

Cons:

Parking is quite expensive - but as I understood it is not operated by the hotel and the price is similar in Dallas area. Do not forget to register your car and pay for parking.
