They need better overnighy staff
Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

The night clerk was very rude and unprofessional. Everyone at breakfast were discussing how rude she was. I bought something from the store and she never put her phone down never made eye contact and just charged to our room

Sehr gut in Dallas gelegen nähe Galeria Plaza.
Pros:

Wiederum das sehr freundliche und effiziente Personal an der Rezeption, Restaurant, Bar, Reinigungspersonal.

Love the Embassy. It's always a great time when I come here.

Cons:

My room was very cold and turned up the thermostat but it never warmed up but I called the front desk and they came and fixed it.

We had a wonderful stay for our anniversary gettatway.
Pros:

Favorite part was the breakfast. I think his name was Jorge, he was very nice and served everyone so well will a smile of his face even when the line was super long.
I booked the hotel just for the omelet bar. And commentary drinks for the bar each night were a plus too!

Cons:

We had an issue with our from not being cleaned, but we called and it was addressed right away. So we were thankful for that as far as getting new linens and towels.

Air broken first night. They said they fixed it but it was not fixed and engineer never even went to room. He did fix it after he came. Housekeeping didn’t empty trash or replenish toilet paper or towels even when requested

Not great, should have found another hotel when there was no hot water.

We arrived before check in, we asked how long until our room was ready. They told us that “technically” checking was at 4:00, but if we waited 30 minutes they would get the room ready. 90 minutes later (at 4:10pm) we finally got to enter the room.

Next day there was no hot water.
