I felt very uncomfortable didn’t even stay my second night because I did not feel safe and the staff was very rude
Pros:

It was clean and the room was fine

Cons:

The staff was rude, and the worlds were ridiculous. It was not a safe place for elderly people. It was not welcoming at all.

No stay
Cons:

I booked and paid for the room thru Amex Travel...paid in full. We were late out of LA on my flight to Honolulu. While in the air, the hotel tried to contact me to pay for a Damage Deposit....remember, they have my Platinum Amex #. And also to tell me I needed to check-in by 9pm, when the front desk closed. Neither of this was shared when booking the room. I landed at 10:15pm, and rcvd the text when I got off the plane. I call....no answer. I take a cab to the hotel, there is a security gate with a code. I didn't rcv the code because I didn't pay the Damage Dep, that no one mentioned. Now, 11pm on a Sunday night with my flight to Kauai leaving at 6am...and me without a room. Not happy. By the way, before I boarded my flight to HNL, I emailed the hotel to tell them of my late arrival. They could have responded with the code. Not sure how much damage I could inflict on the room from 11pm to 5am.

Dirty, musty, very low-grade property that I got away from his quickly as possible..

Location was good, staff was mostly good.

Cons:

This place is completely run down, smells musty, and clearly has not had any significant improvements since the 1980s. I don't know where to begin or end. It is completely third rate in every way. This is not a hotel. This is a low-grade motel. I consider the marketing of this property to be false.

The worst of all was the musty smell. It was everywhere. I got out of there as quickly as I could.

It was peaceful and I loved it
Pros:

No breakfast, but I liked the open-ness of the room and liked the location of the room.

Cons:

Bc of the open nature of the room, it was like everyone that walked by and was talking sounded like they were in the room

Not worth staying due to extremely dirty and roach infested.
Pros:

The property was staff were kind and respectful. Very helpful and pleasant.

Cons:

The property is dirty, has roaches and ants. The shower liner had mold and roaches in the fold of the liner. Roaches everywhere. We had to buy roach spray. The water would be freezing cold when showering. And then turn extremely hot.
