Великий, чистий номер. В номері було дві спальні і кухня. Ввічливий персонал. Тихе місце. Біля готелю зупинка громадського транспорту.

Персонал приятный, вежливый и отзывчивый. Отель небольшой и очень уютный. Нам важна была парковка и мы ее получили предварительно заказав, она вошла в цену проживания. Чисто: и уборка качественная, и белье белое и хорошо выстирано. Кровать очень удобная. Персонал все время интересовался нужно ли нам что-то. В целом пребывание было приятным. Благодарю всех кто принимает участие в обслуживании отеля.

Cons:

В описании отеля не понятно какие фото соответствуют тому что заказываешь. Из предложенного я выбрала номер, а из общего описания удобств, я так поняла, что есть мини кухня (мне это было важно и я на нее рассчитывала), на деле оказалось что в моем номере она не предусмотрена. На рецепции мне сказали что я купила самый дешёвый номер, а в нем нет кухни. Но из описания отеля не понятно мне было что я покупаю их самый дешёвый номер потому что фото перемешаны, что вводит в заблуждение. Надо внести больше ясности в описание. Но порадовало, что в номере оказась посуда (тарелки и чашки), а не только стаканы. Спасибо за это. Если бы не это недопонимание то мои оценки были бы выше. Отель достоин внимания.

Plutôt bien, hormis le règlement rédigé uniquement en tchèque

Bonne literie et calme.

Cons:

Le ménage et les lits non pas été faits pendant les 3 jours.
Pas de traduction en anglais du règlement de l'hôtel.
Le 1er matin nous n'avions pas mis la demande de ménage, ne sachant pas comment ça fonctionnait, mais les autres jours nous l'avons mis et les lits n'ont pas été faits et le gel douche n'a pas été renouvelé.
