Great location to visit scenic Chicago.
Pros:

The breakfast provided was exceptional.

Cons:

I didn't care for parking a few blocks away and being charged so much for parking my car overnight. Though I understand it was a discounted price it still was a bit expensive for me.

Right in the heart of Chicago
Pros:

Location was so close to Downtown and the Riverwalk and the lake! Public transportation was nearby!

Definitely could use some “sprucing” up.

I’d stay here again, it was really expensive but the location was good for our purposes.
Pros:

Great location and clean.

Cons:

Steph wasn’t super friendly and nobody told us how to work the elevator it took us a minute to figure it out.

The staff is super friendly and some of them speak Spanish.
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff, good amenities and breakfast. We enjoyed the lounge room in the second floor that has coffee and tea available all day long.

Cons:

The breakfast could have more variety of fruits
The heated pool was warm enough

Super séjour.
Pros:

Tout ! Super séjour. Nous avons adoré. Super bien placé, propre. Très bon petit déjeuner, piscine et terrasse très sympa. La chambres est très confortable et suffisamment spacieuse.

Cons:

Juste pour prévenir qu’il y a une caserne de pompier à côté mais globalement ça ne nous a pas gêné. Un micro onde dans la chambre aurait été un plus mais il y en a un dans le lobby.

We had a lot of fun:) went to dinner and to Navy Pier the next day it was a lot of fun:)
Pros:

It’s really nice, the beds are cozy, I like the pool and yea overall thumb up. Located near all the things. The river walk is a 20 mins walk/6 min uber ride.

Cons:

Parking sucks. The garage is 2 blocks away.

Good location. Very clean. Complimentary breakfast was very good. I arrived prior to check in time but was given a room right away.

Cons:

Policy of placing a $400 damage fee on the credit card. Supposedly it’s refundable but I haven’t seen it yet.

Świetna lokalizacja, w samym centrum miasta, obok rzeki, łatwy parking, bardzo miła obsługa, śniadanie jak na Stany całkiem dobre (omlety!). Do tego bardzo obszerny pokój z osobną sypialnią i aneksem kuchennym. Na plus też Chicago jako miasto, mało się i tym mówi, ale naprawdę warto je zobaczyć.) Ładniejsze i bardziej przyjazne ludziom niż NYC.

Cons:

Na minus brak szlafroków i przebieralni przy basenie, czyli czegoś co jest raczej standardem w Polsce, ale w USA już niekoniecznie. No i remiza strażacka po drugiej stronie ulicy, co może niektórym przekazać w nocy. Mnie akurat nie obudzili, ale mąż spał kiepsko.
