I loved it.

Cons:

There were hair strands stuck on the ceiling of the bathroom. So maybe that can be improved

Good location and staff, not the most comfortable beds, and over chlorinated pool, but does the job.
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good and I liked that it was long enough hours to spread people out. It wasn't overall crouded because of that. The location was clean and had people constantly cleaning and sweeping.

Cons:

The pool was very OVER chlorinated. It was cloudy and my eyes burned just sitting in there with my daughter. I washed her swim suit twice and it still smells of chlorine. She didn't care, but her skin broke out in itchy patches if we didn't immediately shower and lotion down.

Loved the location, amenities, and staff!
Pros:

Loved everything about the hotel except for the poor sound isolation between adjacent rooms. The room was clean with everything needed. Overall, a great value-for-money hotel, will consider it for my next visits.

Cons:

Since I was coming to present at a major conference and hoping to get some rest prior to the workdays there, my only complaint was the poor sound isolation between the adjacent rooms. My neighbors next door were rather loud partying over spring break throughout both nights of my stay. That said, the staff immediately addressed my complaint.

Pros:

The staff was wonderful, the accommodations comfortable and clean, and a great location

Cons:

It would have been nice to have the suite kitchenette stocked with glasses, plates, and flatware. The bathroom ceiling could use a scrub/fresh paint.

Pros:

I liked the different options of breakfast items, and they were different each morning of our stay. The room was very clean. I also enjoyed the city view from my window. The staff welcomed us with smiles and kindness.

Cons:

The breakfast area was very crowded; however, it met my expectations for hotel food. I wish there were more tables and less congestion when making waffles, and better directions. The parking situation was fine but a two block walk.

Pros:

The location was in proximity to most places in downtown. Good breakfast. Coffee was available at all times.

Cons:

At check-in, we were informed that we would have a crib in the room, only to find out later that there wasn't any, and then we were told it wasn't available. Obviously, that night was miserable for our kid. We opted to be put on a waitlist, but no one informed us when one became available until we asked, and there was one left the next day. If we had not asked, it likely would've been given to someone else.

The location is also very close to the fire station, and you will hear the noises constantly during the day and at night.

I asked ahead of time for extra pillows and towels, and I had to go down and ask for them, and I only received the towels.
