Has all the essentials (AC and Wifi) but not much charm.
Pros:

Hotel had enclosed parking. WiFi and air-conditioning worked well (although AC dripped water on floor behind the bed). Breakfast was usual eggs, toast, juice, tea/coffee. Room was spacious.

Cons:

They were not able to take credit cards (despite what it said on booking.com and getting an email saying that our account would be charged). They had to redo the bill twice because of errors. The room rate on booking.com was about 50% higher than the rate they had posted (for people who booked directly).

Pros:

The hotel was located in the middle of a bustling town. Although we didn't want to spend time there, it was nice to site on the balcony and watch the activities of passing people. There were chairs in the room that we could take to the balcony. The receptionist was very friendly.

Cons:

The meals (dinner and breakfast) were not good and the servers were slow and indifferent.
