The room was not as nice as I thought it would have been for the price we paid. Needs a little tlc

We stopped in room 5 and it was tiny! Overall the decor was nice and modern but tired. There was lots of scuffs on the walls, and stains on the carpet. There was no proper wardrobe to hang clothes but a rail and shelf. This was directly in front of the full length mirror so was useless because our clothes covered it. If I tried to move our clothes to see in the mirror, the hangers would fall because the plastic clips had seen better days. There was no room to really store anything. There wasn’t an area that I could sit and do my hair and make up. I had to stand in the bathroom area and use the bathroom mirror but there wasn’t any shelf to put my things on so had to put the toilet seat down and use that as a shelf. The bathroom was tiny but adequate. The water pressure of the shower wasn’t great. The bathroom sink was stained yellow. The TV had a crack in it and the inside of the bathroom door had a hole in it. I took pictures and showed the lady on the desk when checking out. She said she knew about the TV which I found disappointing considering we’d paid just short of £300 for 2 nights.

Needs some TLC as the carpets are very worn and paint chipping off the walls.
We booked the Deluxe King but when we arrived were told the toilet was broken so we had been put in a double room. The bed was very small and we didn’t sleep well at all. The bathroom was absolutely tiny.
We had to order breakfast the night before and the service was an absolute farce.
We were presented with our cooked breakfast first before our cereal so the waiter had to take that back to the kitchen so we could have the cereal.
We didn’t get our coffee and juice until we had nearly finished our breakfast and that was after I went to find the waiter to ask for our drinks. The toast was cold. The waiter didn’t seem to have a clue what he was doing.
We were very disappointed to be charged the same price for the room yet it wasn’t what we booked.

Booked double deluxe got double worst and smallest room I have stayed in not happy.

Our room had a broken window latch resulting in a cold draft in the early hours of the morning. This meant the room was cold. Some of the decor looked tired and needed a touch up.

Tiny room sold as “luxury double” when the bed, a small double, filled the entire room. You could not even walk round it. Also, the “bathroom” was minute and not very well equipped. Breakfast also disappointing with little choice and indifferent service.

The room is a little tired. There was no wifi in the room (room 4) and the tv is relatively small with freeview channels only. More importantly, there is no room to work in the room, but I am sure they would let you work downstairs in the public bar if you asked.
