Personal super serviciable no hay ascensor pero subieron con sonrisa las maletas
Cerca a centros comerciales Multiplaza y Edén, hay parqueadero, la atención, llevaron la maleta hasta la habitación buen servicio para su precio. Volvería a hospedarme, es la segunda vez que lo hago y muy bien
Revisión de la puerta de la ducha por más que cerró se salía el agua al baño y quedaba mojado
La excelente relación precio-calidad es indiscutible. El personal es super atento y la ubicación cercana del Terminal de Transporte del Salitre y del Aeropuerto Internacional El Dorado la hacen uno de mis lugares preferidos para descansar.
La amabilidad y calidez del personal, limpieza. Por la habitación estar cerca escalera se escuchó ruido del parqueadero.
El aseo de las habitaciones y del hotel en sí
Un poco costoso y no deberían cobrar a parte el parqueadero. Esto ya debía estar dentro del pago del hospedaje

El precio es muy bueno, y todo estaba limpio para ese buen precio
la cama es un poco incomoda y usan jabon dispensador para ducha y baño lo cual le quita elegancia y calidad.
Pero se compensa porque el precio es super justo.

En la habitación donde me hospede se escucha mucho ruido lo que hablan en el primer piso y el bañó cuando bajan la sisterna de otro baño hacia burbujas y bota agua y moja el piso y toca estar secando con papel cuando uno se va sentar en la tasa
