Las instalaciones, la amabilidad del personal, la iniciativa de los encargados de entretenimientos (especialmente de los niños), la atencion a los niños, la piscina.
La Musica en el ambiente de la piscina.
Lo que se busca en un ambiente de descanso y relajamiento mental. La musica no es en todo caso la adecuada y ademas un volumen muy alto. Solo el dia Miercoles no hubo musica y el ambiente estuvo mas calmo y mucho mejor. En todo caso sugerimos una musica muy suave y que ayude a relajar, no a alterar. Eso mejoraria mucho mas el ambiente.

Too far from the centre, hotel should have minibus shuttle
Se quedaron mis llaves y llame a los encargados y nadie me da solución para recuperarlas.
El desayuno estuvo muy bueno y la piscina, estuvieron bien.
No es mi primera vez en hoteles de 4 y 5 estrellas. Por lo general cuando ingresas te ofrecen el wifi o lo dejan indicado en la habitación. En este caso, no nos mencionaron nada, llame a recepción para pedir información, me dijeron como hacerlo pero no funcionaba, llame otra vez, probe de otra forma y nada. Me canse de esperar asi que me tuve que dormir, al dia siguiente tuve yo misma que bajar y consultar. El frontis del hotel es un descampano POR SUPUESTO esto no lo colocan en sus fotos. En la cena, mi esposo tuvo que pararse a ordenar la comida, en 15 minutos nadie vino. Además, el aire acondicionado era EXTREMADAMENTE FRIO, demasiado incomodo fue comer, pedi que lo suban un poco y me dijeron que “era automatico” no podian cambiarlo. Uno paga por este tipo de hoteles un precio altisimo, justamente porque buscas un servicio A1, por lo mismo estas cosas NO DEBERIAN PASAR.

La playa era solo para ver , llena de piedras , en el dormitorio de lado habían niños llorando, llegué ayer a las 12 y me retiré a las 6
Me encanta Casa Andina ( hemos estada en Cuzco Premium y en Arequipa el de la Plaza de Armas) soñados ambos pero lo principal es que una cadena de hoteles de este nivel, sean pet frendly.
