El área de playa cerca al mar
De habernos colocado en el área de construcción no se podía descansar tranquilo.
La comodidad, las instalaciones, el personal y las vistas del lugar
Nada, todo excelente
La atencion del personal que se encarga de las actividades del hotel, muy amables, empaticos y serviciles. La habitación limpia, no es tan grande, sin embargo es comoda y agradable. La recepcion tambien amables
Mas que todo la comida, tienen un restaurante que los precios que manejan son altos a comparación de los precios de paracas y su comida no sabe tan bien, es insipida, sin sabor, muy aguada y se deberia mejorar mucho la calidad y sabor de la comida, ya que al ser un hotel conocido por los extranjeros, deben mejorar ese aspecto
Las instalaciones, la ubicación porque estaba en primera línea del mar, lo cual hacía tener una vista muy linda
Tuvimos un problema por el clima y era que habían derrumbes y las carreteras estaban obstaculizadas, de Arequipa a Ica, por lo que nos devolvieron en el camino, escribimos al hotel para ver opciones de cancelación y nunca obtuvimos respuesta, nos pareció terrible esto, porque por el contrario con un hotel en Huacachina que teníamos reservado inmediatamente entendieron y se pusieron en contacto con nosotros. Nos tocó viajar de Arequipa a Cusco por tierra, luego a Lima en avión y luego por tierra desde Lima para no perder la reserva.
La piscina era congelada, deberían ponerle calefacción para un hotel de esta categoría, la comida no era rica y era costoso.
Nos dieron una habitación en el primer piso donde pasaba a primera hora 6am en la mañana y en la noche desde las 10 hasta 1130pm el carrito de los platos que sonaba impresionante y nos despertaba de un susto terrible, entonces tuvimos una muy mala noche, pero al día siguiente nos cambiaron de habitación cuando lo solicitamos.
El trato del personal y la limpieza de los espacios.
Hace falta mas áreas sociales, zona de juegos, gimnasio y otros espacios de recreación.
Tambien nos encontramos con una cama que sonaba mucho.

La relación calidad precio no merece la pena, precio europeo para un hotel en zona de segunda residencia de Lima. Necesitas taxi para entrar o salir del hotel.

Los costos de Restaurant tenía. Precios más altos q lugares similares , así como las bebidas , solo mejoraría eso

La reserva la realizamos con Booking.com para 3 pax (2 adultos y 1 niño) pero al llegar al alojamiento solo había una cama doble en la habitación. Entendemos que hubo algún problema en la plataforma de reserva porque la reserva la realizamos para 3pax. La primera noche no se pudo solucionar porque el hotel estaba completo pero la segunda noche nos cambiaron a una habitación de categoría superior con 2 camas dobles. La atención del personal del hotel y la voluntad para solucionar el problema fueron siempre excelente.
