Excellent customer service with Natalie, very professional, very knowledgeable, recommended great things to do nearby.

Was an absolutely wonderful experience from top to bottom. Checking in was fast and easy, and when I got to the room, there was chocolate covered strawberries, and sparkling water that my husband had ordered for me for my birthday, which was such a nice touch. We always enjoy staying at this hotel as the rooms are really beautiful and it’s such a great location and the staff is so friendly.

Great boutique hotel in the heart of the Gold Coast. As a globalist I was treated to a room upgrade as well as free cook-to-order breakfast every morning. The bed may be the most comfortable I've slept on in recent memory. Guests also receive a 10% discount at Luxbar across the street which makes for a good experience especially given the depth of their spirits list. Can't wait to go back.

I loved everything about this hotel, spotless room, layout and design so smart. Comfy bed. Staff was smiling, and so nice. Walkable to Michigan Ave and Gold Coast neighborhood, plus great food location.

Staff was friendly. Guy at front desk was very helpful and he is the reason i would likely come back. Definitely with different dinner plans in the future.

Modern, spacious and affordable rooms. Friendly and accommodating staff. Good food, reasonably priced. Great location!

We have always loved this hotel and have stayed there for many years for every time we are in Chicago for business or pleasure. However, when we arrived the front desk staff did a horrible job in checking us IN.

We booked 3 rooms. They insisted that we booked on 1 room. He did not even try to resolve the issue. He pushed a piece paper across the front desk counter at us and said that we need to contact Expedia to resolve the issue. This went on for several minutes.

After we insisted that he do it did he call Expedia. Of course then he realized that we did indeed book 3 rooms. Very bad service! They need to retrain their front desk staff to greet and help their guests instead of acting like it is not their problem if something goes wrong.

Myron, Ahmad, and Natalie provided above and beyond service! I left my bag in the uber I took to the hotel and Myron went out of his way to help me communicate with the driver who did not understand much English. Thank you so much!

Staff is incredible, rooms are nice, but in quality of room bathrooms and “high-speed” wifi left much to be desired. Hoping the management takes the feedback I left to heart.

What stood out about stay was my warm welcome by Mr. Verdell. He made us feel so welcomed and like we were family. His smile, conversation was like we have known each other forever. Then Mr. Verdell, introduced us to Myron, who was very welcoming as well and very kind and very friendly. It was as we had been friends for life. Please continue to hire individuals like these two. We had a great time at this hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, nice restaurant downstairs. Myron was especially kind and attentive. Would definitely recommend to anyone planning on staying in the city.
