Jose Ramos, at The Stoneleigh Valet, made our trip significantly better through his courteous, friendly, and consistently helpful approach. When we experienced an issue with our car he genuinely eased our concerns. Anyone who has the privilege of working with Jose is truly fortunate.
I had a great two night stay at the fantastically completely remodeled and reopened Autograph Stoneleigh hotel. I almost didn’t stay here because of some prior negative reviews until I realized that the hotel has recently reopened under the Marriott Autograph flag. Negative prior reviews all relate to the prior operation under the Le Meridien flag and should be deleted or ignored. Everything about the hotel was first rate and new, but in a rich and luxurious throwback decadent style. Restaurant and bar are uniquely and richly decorated. Staff was very friendly and helpful and the pool area and outdoor dining area are great.
The decor is immaculate as the hotel just completed a high investment renovation. Bed was more comfortable than average but that is always subjective. The central HVAC was quiet. L-O-V-E-D the backlit Art Deco burled wood mini bar with lower cabinet mini-fridge in the Jr. King Suite! Each room is a little different and there are a few levels of accommodation so ask lots of questions or do research before choosing your room type. The bathrooms are clean and elegant. For the rooms being 103x years old it's amazing how well everything is. The pool is on the smaller side but very inviting and there's wonderful pool deck seating where you can hang out with friends or family in the evening. This is a fantastic place to stay as a couple. Not encourage families with children to stay here unless they are teens or adult children as the entire property is geared toward a more sophisticated ambiance and not "playland" for Sally and Tommy. When the rain cells roll through town, the huge awning over the valet area helps immensely to keep from getting drenched while hitching a ride. Zero regrets staying here and look forward to being back for the next adventure with my lady.
Room service had not started yet (early May 2026) and that was missed. However, it should be starting sometime in June 2026?
We had a group stay there for work and had a wonderful experience. We were there for just over a week, with two days in an event space. Felicia and Esmeralda on the group side were some of the best I've worked with! Paris at their front desk was a breath of fresh air, such a positive joyful person to welcome you to the hotel. Rooms were nice, renovation was beautifully done.
Wonderful location and a very elegant building with nice rooms. Nice reception. Polite and Warm Staff. A/C in our room did not work. Service was requested in the evening but did not get settled until the morning. So, we slept in an uncomfortably hot room.
Nice Bar area, but limited Bar Menu with little creativity. Breakfast Dining Service was indifferent. 45 minute wait for food for our family with kids. Acceptable if the restaurant is full, but it was empty with only one other table. The waiter at the next table doted on the guests, claiming they had all the time they wanted and had the restaurant to themselves.
Acceptable at a 3 Star location, but the Leadership at the Stoneleigh is missing the mark in too many areas. Again, many warm staff members, but the leadership was not able to tie that together for into a nice experience for our family.
Too many balls dropped. Nice people. Poor leadership.

Paris at the front desk, Edgar as wait staff and the parking attendant were exceptional. Losing any of these employees would be a disaster for the Stoneleigh.
Great boutique hotel. My business colleagues enjoyed the stay very much, and Esmeralda was terrific to work with in setting up a last-minute business meeting in one of the hotel's conference rooms. Thank you!
This hotel was AMAZING!! It just underwent renovations and was truly breathtakingly beautiful. Rooms are so spacious, gym top notch, not a single complaint… but what really brought the hotel to the next level was the incredible staff. Everyone I interacted with was so helpful, friendly and accommodating. Extra shout out to Paris at the front desk who checked me in and went above and beyond to make sure it was a great stay - I was actually sad to say goodbye to her, we hugged as I checked out! The type of personalized service that keeps you loyal and coming back. Thank you all!

Staff members inside and outside provided excellent customer service during my stay in April 2026. The front desk attendants were pleasant and most helpful, ensuring the room met my preferences. Particular appreciation goes to Manny at the valet station for prompt and friendly service with a smile!
A wonderful night's stay at a beautiful old solid hotel. I always sleep so well when I get into the room, close the door and have complete silence. Comfortable room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff!!
The room was new and furnishings were nice
We were not advised that the hotel was under renovation. The noise level was high, there were no bar or dining facilities, breakfast was included but mediocre at best, and it was served in the lobby with construction noise outside.
Paris was AMAZING! The entire front desk staff was happy, smiling, professional and very accommodating. We came in as customers and left as family!
