Great Hyatt location
Pros:

Fantastic stay at the mystic hyatt. Great location and equally impressive staff. Very busy but staff kept it going smoothly.

They stopped breakfast at 9:00 which is early for people on vacation and then I could not even get a bowl of fruit from them. Also the first room I went to had no working phone or TV. They did change it immediately though..

Great trip
Pros:

Clean and comfortable. Great bed. All the extras you would need ( pool,breakfast, gym etc.) Near everything you'll want to visit in Mystic.

Great location good choice
Pros:

I have never before stayed at a Hyatt Place (usually stay at Marriotts due to Bonvoy membership). We chose the hotel as we wanted to be near the downtown but did not want to pay 1000/night for a B and B. The Hyatt was clean, the room large, the breakfast decent for a free buffet. A little issue with the AC (room too cold). The location was awesome and the most important reason we choose it. Very close to the Aquarium. Also not too far a walk into town for dinner (1.5 miles). Sidewalks all the way.

Location and great customer service
Pros:

Great location for visiting the US Coast
Guard Academy while also experiencing the wonderful town of Mystic. Great staff here that are responsive and willing to go above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Will definitely stay again.

Nice stay in a good location
Pros:

Convenient location, decent amenities, very clean and nice property. Staff were helpful and accommdating. Appreciated that they had well posted quiet hours since there were lots of children on the property, but it was quiet at night. Very much appreciated!

Wonderful. Would stay here again!
Pros:

Great location, breakfast was great- lots of choices Clean, comfortable. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Pool was nice

Little gem in Mystic, CT
Pros:

Very nice hotel located near everthing! Quiet, clean rooms, excellent breakfast (though just up until 9.00 am!). Includes nice amenities, though you spend the whole day out exploring the historic town and sorroundings. I would recommend the hotel, no problem.

Clean, dog-friendly, great location
Pros:

Was so happy to find this dog friendly hotel in a great location. Friendly, clean.

The hotel is near Historic Mystic, the museums and seaport.

Bed was very comfy and clean, and all were friendly to our labrador retriever

But the Hyatt Place brand seems to be consciously downgrading. Breakfast was terrible.
