My main complaint would be the noise level. Could hear everything from inside the room.

Great location for visiting attractions, shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Stops at 9, so little rushed when don't have to check out until noon.

Cons:

Bathroom area. Door too large for entering shower, toilet area. Also no hooks for towels, etc. Was ok for a night.

Although the weather was not the best, it was an enjoyable visit to mystic.
Pros:

Overall the place was clean. You could tell as you walk in the smell was one that it is clean. staff was accomodating although short staffed at times. plenty of breakfast foods to choose from. We would prefer the sink inside the bathroom rather than outside.

Place was clean and welcoming. Staff was great.

Cons:

Configuration of the room was weird. Large unused open space that could fit a small table and chairs would have been nice.
Bedside should have more USB ports.

Pros:

Elevator did not work. Room had crumbs on both desks when I checked in. All else was ok. There was no noise issue in the room.

Great experience.
Pros:

The hotel staff were very welcoming and helpful, no matter which shift we encountered them. The breakfast spread was amazing and the area was kept very clean even with the large number of people eating breakfast. Rooms were clean and spacious.
