Great price, comfortable beds
Pros:

Easy access to airport. Price was good

Cons:

Room did not have curtains that I could close and parking lot light was shining into my room all night. Hallway smelled like weed.

Cons:

The room had a lot of cosmetic flaws, especially in the bathroom. The toilet did not flush without having to take the lid off and pull the plug yourself. I had to pay to park my car there with me overnight as an additional cost after already paying for a room. The checkin girls really didn’t seem to like their jobs. Overall unpleasant.

Spoiled by the parking charge you gave recently introduced
Cons:

I strongly object to being charged $15 for the night I stayed at the hotel
I travel the world on business & have only ever paid for nights I DIDNT Stay ( ie when I was off cruising or flying off)

Your nickel & dime atitude is making me reconsider using your groups hotels whenever I am working in the USA

we enjoyed our stay, but these are a few things that could make the experience even better
Pros:

We had a great stay! The hotel was in a great location, making it easy to get around. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the beds were really cozy. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay!

Cons:

The beds felt a little small for two people, although they were comfortable.

The AC was also quite noisy at times. It would be helpful if the hotel could look into this and provide some simple instructions on how to adjust the temperature, especially when the room gets too cold or too warm.

My main concern was the housekeeping service, which could definitely be improved. During our stay, the toilet paper and towels were never replenished, so I had to go to the front desk to request more.

The whole floor smelled like wet dog. It wasnt just 1 person's dog. This was a smell due to improper cleaning for a long time.
