Emergency over thanks to this hotel
Pros:

I missed my connecting flight and had to find a place to spend the night in Orlando. Well, this is it. Very nice place. The room I had was quite spacious, it had all the amenities of a good hotel. Very comfortable bed. I had a nice bath. Was able to iron some clothes. Breakfast was not bad at all, tasty omelette and all. Friendly staff and some spoke to me in Spanish which is great to lift your international hotel experience. I recommend for short or even long stay.

Cons:

Free shuttle, I chose the hotel for this detail. But it takes very long before it arrives. Mine did after one hour waiting, traffic jam perhaps? It was quite late too. Breakfast needs more fruit. Thats is. Apart from that, all good.

Pros:

O quarto é bem espaçoso, a cama muito boa. O hotel precisa de uma atualização, por ser mais antigo, tem um aspecto que pode aparentar sujo. Os funcionários são muito corteses e o café da manhã é bom. Para quem está em trânsito, ele é bem conveniente por estar perto do aeroporto e por ter a comodidade da van de transporte.

Una total estafa

El transporte desde el aeropuerto

Cons:

Lamentablemente después de hospedarme una noche decidí renovar por 9 noches mas. Hacen cobros abusivos - no autorizados de la tarjeta de crédito. Cuando se hacen los reclamos responden con mentiras - fraudes (supuestas devoluciones que al confirmar con el banco no se realizaron) pidieron los soportes del banco y nunca solucionaron ni dieron respuesta de fondo. Una señora Mariangeli se hace pasar por el gerente y no soluciona nada. Cuando le preguntamos a la recepcionista Samantha que podíamos hacer nos dijo con el mayor descaro: "el checkout" íbamos como en el 5 de los 9 días pagados. Al gerente también se le dejaron los soportes y se le envió el correo sin respuesta alguna. Básicamente lo barato dale caro y a nosotros nos salió la estadía por el doble de lo que costaba cada noche.
