I asked for some kind of refund and they told me they would look into it. But of course nothing. Very disappointed.

How close to the airport it was.

Cons:

First thing the beds were not queen size beds. I have a queen size bed. They were full size. It was very tight sleeping quarters. The pillows were horrible. They were like sleeping your head on rocks. Our toilet seat was broken so every time you sat on it then it shifted. The shower was all cracked and filled in with some kind epoxy. There was people up up above us that were jumping,bouncing, screaming and running around after 1 o’clock.. and then somebody tried to get in our room and when we open up the door, they said that they had been booked in our room and we shut the door. The front desk called us and told us to come down and get this settled and it was after midnight and we said we are in bed. We are not coming down so we went back to bed and we had to get up at 5 o’clock in the morning to be to the airport for 6 o’clock, so it was a very rough night and unacceptable that somebody tried to get in our room when we were sleeping. I have never had that happen before anywhere and to pay almost $300 to stay there for six hours that was unacceptable to happen.

Worst hotel experience ever
Pros:

The hotel was dirty and uncomfortable. It was Super Bowl Sunday and there was no reception on the TV so we could not watch the football game in our room so therefore I had to go to another location spend additional money in order to watch the game. The hotel staff was pleasant and tried to assist, but were unable to fix the issue. Many of the electrical outlets in the room did not work. We spent an hour going from outlet to outlet just to plug phones and chargers in which was very inconvenient.

Cons:

The only positive about this facility was the staff. The rest of the accommodations were crap.

Pros:

La tranquilidad, la ubicación y el excelente trato del chico del front desk que no recuerdo su nombre pero es de Venezuela y siempre es atento, divino, cordial y muy empatico en su atención.

Cons:

Mi cafetera no funcionaba pero la housekipping me la cambio , solo eso.

Maintenance people and staff said "everything was broken"
Pros:

Lobby was great, breakfast was above average.

Cons:

We had to change rooms three times. The blinds were broken and hanging down in first two rooms. Elevator was broken. Had to get out and take another. The TV remote did not work. We had to go to desk and get a replacement. The arm on the chair in the room was broken and laying on floor. Linoleum tile needs replacing.
