Great stay and very central on International drive.
Pros:

Excellent location on International drive, Orlando. Walking distance to various dining options and entertainment.

Staff were extremely friendly and professional and also assisted with holding our bags for a few days for free.

Cons:

A bit pricey compared to surrounding hotels.

Reception was not marked. Someone should be standing at reception at all times.

You walk into the hotel and see a bar and a couple of computers on a bench like desk to the right. We arrived around supper time but had to wait a few minutes before someone appeared at what turned out to be reception. The bartender ignored us.

Ideally, located for the purposes of our trip. Staff and employees very friendly and accommodating. Room size and room amenities exceeded expectations

Cons:

One very minor complaint: elevators are rather slow
One medium complaint: this is our second time staying here in two years. And the rates went up substantially from a year ago. If they continue on this trend, we probably will not stay here again.
One very major complaint: it’s absolutely preposterous to charge your patrons to park in your parking lot. I realize it’s the time we are living in where corporate America will try to squeeze every last penny out of every single customer they have without concern for anything other than profit. But it’s insulting to raise your nightly rates as much as you did, then gouge your customers further to park a car in the parking lot.
