Pissed off to say the least
Pros:

Not one Thing The breakfast was terrible I got stuck in the elevator for 10 minutes Sunday the 26th we went down for breakfast at9:30 and they said it was gone

Cons:

Water was shut off on Sunday from 1-3 Pool was cold and we were told it was heated!!!!
Monday morning at 2;20 A.M we were woken up to a Fire Alarm and we got downstairs and they said Oh sorry it’s a false alarm!!!!!
When I found out 2 days before the trip there was a renovation going on I tried to cancel and no one would answer my request!!!! Worst stay I have ever had and I paid 740.00 HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT!

Great location and walking distance too shops, staff were very friendly.

Perfect stay in Scottsdale and I would absolutely stay there again.
