Pros:

Good value for money
The room was great and spacious and had everything

Cons:

I received a spam link claiming to be the hotel, asking me to pay again and giving me a fake link
I don’t know how they got my number or info

The passkey on my room door didn’t work one night and I had to call the staff to solve the issue
It made me suspicious that maybe someone else entered the room

Cute affordable boutique hotel conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and campus.
Pros:

Cute clean no frills boutique style hotel at an affordable price minutes from Belmont campus and 12 South Neighborhood with free parking. Communication was outstanding and they even left me a sweet personal handwritten card welcoming me for the weekend ( they knew what I was in town for). Room was uniquely retro inspired and cute. It had everything I needed and the staff were a text away.

Cons:

I can not think of anything negative from this experience other than I could not get the cable to work on the tv. But that is not a big deal. Everything was really great.

Nice place
Pros:

It is a very nice place to stay. Very clean and tastefully decorated. The coffee, Music City Grounds, was so good. I had several appointments at the Vanderbilt Pulmonary Clinic which was 8 tenths of a mile from this little motel.

Cute updated motel.
Pros:

Very nice location with a wonderful hotdog/burger joint called Mason's hotdogs next door as well as a Jersey Mike's and an Indian restaurant. The location is perfect and in a cute oldslool motel redesigned for single or couple stays.

Very convenient!
Pros:

We went for surgery at Vanderbilt and decided to stay the night before for an early surgery time. There were plenty of restaurants within 2 blocks. Although we did realize it was across the road from the clinics we saw the doctor. The hospital was very easy to get to without getting on a major highway. The room was very clean. Plenty of parking right by the room. Check-in was on my phone and they sent me a room code. Will be staying there anytime we go back. Very thankful for the convenience.

Pleasant room but rough location and rough clientele.
Pros:

Rooms were nicely renovated

Cons:

Location is in a rough area. Had a guy try to put a code in and open my door three times throughout the night. Smoking outside the rooms was bad. Made the rooms smell like a stale ashtray. Did not feel comfortable staying there alone as a single female.

Everything was great.
Pros:

Everything was very clean & has parking on site. I wouldn’t say that it’s like the Hilton but it was a decent place to stay for a night.
