Great little spot for a home away from home for a short stay! 🤠
Pros:

I love that I found a room the same day for a very reasonable rate. Within 3 hours of reserving online, I was comfortably in my room. It was a hot day in the city the day of my check in, and the room attendant had the A/C going for my arrival, so very grateful for that special touch! Thank you for providing my with a sweet little unit for my stay in Nashville! I will be back for sure! Great location, a few food options right next door or across the highway.

We were there for a couple of days. We took ride shares to and from Broadway. There were a couple cute breakfast places

A great location off the beaten path in Nashville.
Pros:

It’s a perfect location for a work meeting at TN National Guard Headquarters. It’s a dated hotel but has been renovated into a nice, minimalist kind of space. It’s in a location that has great restaurants nearby, and maybe best of all, locally roasted coffee in the room! We’ll happily stay here again.

Cons:

It’s in a part of town that great local food, but the overall locale appears to be just a little sketchy, pay attention to your surroundings and you’re fine.

I will be staying here whenever I go to Nashville.
Pros:

The owners have done a very nice job transforming this very old motel into a really neat place. Room accommodations are minimal but adequate. My room (201) had beautiful original wood floors and all-new bath/plumbing fixtures.

Cons:

I have no complaints about anything, I just need to remember to ask for a first-floor room next time. Stairs are a challenge for me nowadays.
