For the price its decent, very close walk to disney shuttles that are free, lots to eat around. Just felt kind of dated

Liked the location.

Cons:

Felt kind of dated and we weren’t able to get pillows for the pull out couch. TV’s also didnt work, the channels wouldnt change or connect to the internet for streaming.

Cons:

The WIFI did not work and there was no option for paid WIFI. The bathroom was falling apart and not cleaned before my arrival - there were unidentified red stains on the shower curtain. The window panes had what I suspected was either dirt of black mould and the curtains had moth holes in them.

the keycards are a compkete and utter nightmare. They never worked and I always had to have the front desk remagnetize or whatever its called. This was very concerning since I was traveling alone and coming back to the hotel after midnight,

Cons:

The cleanliness is worse bathrooms needs remodel, stains everywhere.
They did not make the room the first day, they just take away all the towels, when calling to request towels they asked us to go to front desk to pick them up, it was midnight.
The floor had a strong marihuana odor all nights crazy stuff there.
Windows are not sealed, you can hear everything from my window to the alley

We got 2 rooms and both had broken iron boards, on both sofa beds you could feel all the springs and bars so extremely uncomfortable. And has issues with the key card, but watched everyone having the same issues. Breakfast had nothing hot except waffles. It was mostly donuts a d bagels. You need oatmeal and maybe scrambled eggs, sausage. The staff was great, polite, helpful. Housekeeping was amazing as well.
