The layout of the room was great and the bed is comfortable
One of the elevators was out of order, the bathroom could be updated a little (could not figure out how to get the water all the way off even though we turned the knob all the way) and the AC semi worked

The toilet wasn’t working
Location was great. Rooms were clean, Beds comfy.
The parking wasn’t the greatest. Not enough spaces and super cramped. Breakfast could have been better. Shower curtain wouldn’t stay closed. Coffee maker didn’t work in the room.
Honestly nothing
There was hair on the bed, stains on the sheets, the bathtub was clogged that the water wouldn’t drain properly, spiders on the walls, brown stains on the curtains, hair on the toilet with dried urine, bathroom walls/ light switches looked sticky & dirty, inside the drawers had hair & so many crumbs. the last straw was bugs on the window and stinky couches with stains that I had to ask the front desk for a new room. The new room ended up being about the same without the spiders.I felt I had no choice but to stay since it was late at night and I was traveling 6 hours plus pit stops from home with my spouse and small kids. I seen the maid clean another room in the morning and she used the same towel to wipe down everything just basically spreading the germs without renewing the towel or at-least spraying any disinfectant products. Just overall really gross and will not be staying again. Horrible first time experience going to Disney with a horrible stay. This place needs to wash the whole building throughly. We also had to pay for parking which was never mentioned while making reservations. PLEASE DO NOT STAY HERE.
