Rente un suite, me gustó la distribución de la habitación, me gusto la ubicación, ya que es muy facil llegar al parque utilizando el bus de toy story que esta a unos cuantos pasos del hotel. El señor de mantenimiento muy amable’ la señora de limpieza muy accesible a nuestras necesidades , Cumplió el objetivo .
Que era area de no fumar y en todo tiempo estaba fuertisimo el olor de marihuana y viajamos con niños, fue un poco desagradable oler eso en nuestro pasillo cada dia (estuvimos de lunes a jueves) .
La nevera no funcionaba (después tuvieron que remplazar)
La puerta del closet estaba caída.
Las sabanas del sofá cama estaban sucias llenas de chocolate.
Por debajo de las camas había botes de Yogurt algo desagradable no ver la limpieza correcta donde se va dormir , el ver eso te hace desconfiar del resto de la limpieza de lo demas!

The outlets did not work the couch bed was broken hard to pull out, The breakfast was not the same as advertised.

The breakfast I grabbed a donut and it was stale. I grabbed coffee and it tasted burnt this was around 9:30 am. I didn’t try any other breakfast items. The front staff was nice.

The price was decent.
The whole hotel needs to be renovated. Some of the bathroom fixtures were coming off the wall. Bed mattresses could be more comfortable as well as the sleeper sofa. Pillows need an upgrade also.

The person who checked us in was not very kind. The room was not clean, the shower was backed up really bad then the sink was backed up. The a/c fan was making really loud noises all the time
Customer service was great. The person who checked me in was very polite and friendly. Also, The hotel is close to Disneyland and there's a shuttle bus near this location that takes you there. The cleaning service was great as well.
It was in a good location.
My door didn't work like it should. And there were pest in my room. The halls smell. There needs to be exterminators in there ASAP. Uodates need to be made immediately and the staff could care a bit more.
El desayuno, fue algo que simplemente no fue lo más exquisito, pero al menos fue lo menos malo
La habitación fue muy desagradable, se escuchaban los pasos del piso de arriba, las bases de las camas no coincidian con el colchón lo que hacía que el borde de la cama quedara al aire, el sofá cama durísimo, la ducha mucho que desear, el aire acondicionado llegaba directo a la cabeza lo que hizo que pusieramos una polera para tapar el aire, en general mal, no volveria a hospedarme aqui.
Lo grande la de habitación, muy buen espacio.

Price value was excellent. Received a very nice suite room at a very good cost. Overlooked the main street where we could see everything. Walking distance to Disney and local restaurants, also a plus. Breakfast was very basic. Breakfast drinks, coffee, orange juice, etc. There is fruit, bagels, donuts, and a waffle maker for, what else...waffles. If you are looking for eggs and bacon, etc, go to Denny's within a couple of blocks walking distance. Those are not offered at the breakfast. Otherwise for a light breakfast this was very good.
It was a pleasant stay. Very good accommodations. Parking was easy. There is a charge for parking and you do receive a parking pass. I have no issues with that. It assured the guest at the hotel of parking otherwise if there is no charge Disney patrons will park there and then there is no parking left for you. I think we paid $29.00 but worth it. The only issue we found, and this is not directed to the lobby staff but management...get more than one person to work the front desk. The poor girl we had was getting questioned by one customer while another person was complaining and the lobby girl is by herself trying to handle it all. It took us about 15 minutes from the time we arrived until the time we got checked in. She knew her job, it's just overwhelming when there are several people trying to check in and such and then they start getting cranky at the lobby person then they take it out on the lobby person.
The location to Disneyland is a plus. Within a 20 minute walk to Disneyland.
Breakfast started on the later side at 7 a.m. so for those of us wanting to be at Disneyland by 7:30 for "Rope Drop" , this was NOT ideal.
