Pros:

Breakfast was excellent.

Cons:

I was disappointed that there was not a coffee maker in my room. I would have liked coffee in my room prior to the breakfast being available at 6:30 AM.

Cons:

Bed bugs! Gross mattresses! Pool closed with no prior communication that there was a brand change and they were doing a bunch of renovations. Hair in the tubs. Just overall gross-ness!

Dirty, disrepair, DON’T stay here!
Pros:

The staff was friendly.

Cons:

Everything was filthy. The facilities are in disrepair, the room was dirty, and everywhere smelled stale. Our room had stains all over the walls, hair in the bathtub, and a random open pipe from the ceiling with toilet paper shoved inside it. The A/C would run and the entire room felt humid. We will never stay here again.

Wish we had a better rm option for the price we pd for a Sunday night!

Close to my destination of Disneyland

Cons:

Toiletries in rm were sparse & what was found was labeled small. Room was next to laundry & just above pool (lots of foot traffic/maint going on).

Lost its Charm
Pros:

The proximity to Disney and the Toy Story parking tram (walking distance) are excellent. If you arrive early check in you can find parking easy. Hot shower. Good breakfast.

Cons:

The place is in transition and frankly not a Holiday Inn just yet! The beds are not upgraded and are not all that great. The furniture was old and super worn in our suite. There are no USB port chargers. The TV in the living room suite did not work. We came back from Disneyland to find the roof had leaked on to a side table and when I tried to report it at 1am, no one answered at front desk. I reported in am at checkout. I figured I might get a night compted for that?

Mediocre and not worth the money. Staff was not very friendly as well. Seemed like they were having a bad day.

It is in Anaheim.

Cons:

The electric outlets didn’t work initially. The bathroom door kept jamming. I got bitten by some bug in bed. No ice machine on my floor. Breakfast didn’t start until 7am. Available coffee at 5am would be great.
