Great location with a great breakfast.
Pros:

Right off the highway. Location great

There was only one person at the front desk. A few people had issues and it backed up checking in

Hotel fine but surrounding area less desirable.
Pros:

Usual standard from Holiday Inn and breakfast was fine, room large and well presented, WiFi was good and beds were really comfy, housekeeping really good and to be commended. Plenty of parking spaces too.

Cons:

Location is bad compared to the other area we stayed in Dallas at the start of our trip. There were quite a few homeless around the area so walking about at night would not be recommended. The windows in this hotel also need upgrading (Double/Triple glazing) as at night time there seems to be drag racing (Trucks/Cars/Bikes) going on in the streets around the area and the noise could be heard in the room making it uncomfortable if trying to get to sleep or a light sleeper. Pool seems like an after thought and may as well not be there.

It was a good stay. I would stay there again and recommend it to my friends and family.
Pros:

The room was very spacious and had everything I needed. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Breakfast was a little bit limited. It was not what I expected. The eggs did not taste good and took a long time to come out.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel in Dallas . The room was very clean, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a relaxing experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Two different interactions with front desk staff, not friendly at all. Also huge amount of chemicals in pool very unsafe. My kids picked them up from the hot tub thinking it was a toy! Broke out in a rash due to high use of chemicals in pool. Never any towels for after pool use. Just disappointing over all

Beautiful room and clean had a suite very spacious..

Cons:

Hot tub a little warm, not hot.
Breakfast was good, need a better pancake cooker, pancake under cooked and eggs a little burnt.
