Pros:

The staff were so kind and accommodating + the free breakfast was super delicious every morning!!

Pros:

Convenient for the commute I had to take. The space was great for just two people and I love that suite bedroom was separate from the entertainment room. They offered coffee 24/7 including decaf. Could have stayed longer.

Cons:

The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. The pancakes weren’t cooking.

I probably wouldn’t mind staying here again if I had to, but I would consider other options first.
Pros:

Room was clean and comfortable. The toiletries were better than other chains I’ve stayed in. & The lady that ultimately checked me in was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I know early check in isn’t always an option, but unfortunately I ended up arriving early and decided to see if a room might be ready, however the lady working the desk at the time instantly said no. She didn’t ask any details about my stay, she didn’t look to see what might be ready, meanwhile the parking lot was empty and there wasn’t much activity inside the hotel either. I asked her when a room might be ready, since I was there and would be waiting until check-in and she told me standard check in time. I understand early check ins aren’t always a possibility, but I felt like she didn’t even try to accommodate me. It was a very impersonal interaction that left me with a bad first impression.

Horrible.
Pros:

The cleaning staff was nice.

Cons:

We had issues because BOOKING doesn’t update their stuff on the hotels site and i had prepaid but the hotel kept saying i didn’t and proceeded to talk bad about booking. Aside we found blood on the table and walls of our room. Had to asked to be moved. They wanted to come in and wipe with some solution they use for every day cleaning didn’t even have Clorox wipes. Absolutely gross.
