The cleaning staff was nice.

Cons:

We had issues because BOOKING doesn’t update their stuff on the hotels site and i had prepaid but the hotel kept saying i didn’t and proceeded to talk bad about booking. Aside we found blood on the table and walls of our room. Had to asked to be moved. They wanted to come in and wipe with some solution they use for every day cleaning didn’t even have Clorox wipes. Absolutely gross.

Never stay in this hotel again. Looked deserted.
Pros:

I did not like the property, it looked deserted. The housekeeping was horrible, the breakfast was good every morning. But the guy at the front counter on the night shift was horrible and disrespectful, we will never stay in this hotel again.

Cons:

The housekeeping was horrible. They didn’t sweep the carpet or clean the toilet daily. The night staff was horrible particularly the guy at the front counter. He was very rude, and disrespectful. I would never stay in this hotel ever again when we come back to Dallas. Our trip was fun. But the hotel looked like it was in a desert area.

Because about safety, have to go somewhere else to stay.

Location Location and location.
Surrounding is horrible, building torn out
, trash everywhere, homeless were in front of the hotel. We couldn't stay for our own safety, had to look in for another hotel. Did ask for refund , but no respond yet. This particular hotel should be close up.
