Pros:

I like the room, it was very comfortable.

Cons:

There was too much noise early in the morning. An alarm went off at around 6 am. It was quite annoying.

Room was nice and clean.
Cons:

The "hot tub" was not heated at all. I was told that it was a Dallas area rule to not heat them. I personally have a hard time accepting this.

Perfect Location for a Long Weekend trip.

They have bedbugs and don’t accommodate

I didn’t like how rude the staff was and how they don’t accommodate me and my family for something that was there fault as we checked in our rooms and got ready for bed the beds was infested with bedbugs we went immediately to the front desk with pictures and options to accommodate us as I am 5 months pregnant and it was 1am in the morning he said no to everything then threatened to call the cops on us as well was ok leaving us with no room or money for to get another hotel last min we asked to speak to a manger as he call one earlier and he told us no and claimed he gave me a full refund but I never say the money back in my card I even called my bank in front of him and they told him to give a authorization code proving they gave me a refund and he said he does know what that is and it was just so not ok with me
