I have been coming back and fore to this hotel now for several years and have always had excellent experiences. I stayed here during g the first week of August and the bar and ground floor restaurant were unavailable due to refurbishment. The bar and restaurant on the first floor was every good and breakfast was excellent. The room on arrival was spotless though no attempt to clean it was made during my entire stay. This was disappointing and has never happened before. The hotel is placed in the centre of old town which is excellent for sightseeing etc. I will be returning in September to sample the delights of Prague again and the Hilton
I had an excellent stay at Hilton Prague Old Town. The hotel is in a fantastic location, making it very convenient for exploring Prague.
Everything was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, with a great selection and excellent quality. I also particularly enjoyed the elegant Executive Lounge, which was a lovely place to relax.
I was especially happy and grateful for the upgrade, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The service throughout the hotel was warm and professional.
Overall, a wonderful experience. I would definitely stay at Hilton Prague Old Town again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Prague!

Emplacement, confort et parking privé sous hôtel
Chambre 3etage en bout de couloir avec vue sur tuyaux et extracteurs VMC de la cour intérieure. Odeur cuisine le matin dans la chambre. Chambre propre à l’arrivée mais mal préparée : mobilier à replacer, pas de bloc note et de crayon sur le bureau. Donc chambre niveau booking !

We got our room exactly at 15:00. It really felt like the front desk didn’t want to give it to us any earlier because we refused the early check‑in, which cost about 60 euros.
When we entered the room, it was dirty - handprints on the mirrors and candy wrappers on the carpet. The shower pressure was also very low. Both the cleaning and the water pressure were fixed quickly, but it’s still disappointing to wait until 15:00 and then receive a room with issues.
The window couldn’t be opened because it faced directly under another room’s window, which was strange. The cleaners also didn’t throw away empty bottles and placed some of our things in odd spots, almost like they wanted us to forget them.
On the positive side, the breakfast and the lounge were great. However, breakfast was missing some kid‑friendly options like pizza, regular yogurt cups, or French toast. The pool was extremely small and not really suited for children - more like a quiet spot for couples after a massage or sauna.
All the staff were very nice and friendly, except for the person who originally checked us in (not Leah).
Overall, I’m giving this hotel a 3 because of its perfect location. Without that, it would be a 2 - maybe even a bit less.

The breakfast room smelled badly of fat from the cooking. The smell even extended into the lifts in the morning.
