Excellentes Frühstück, es hat an nichts gefehlt.
Wir hatten Zugang zur executive lounge, dort gab es eine happy hour mit leckeren snacks und drinks. Der superfreundliche Mitarbeiter Madjin hat uns sehr gute Tipps gegeben, um die Stadt zu entdecken.
Sehr aufmerksames Servicepersonal im Frühstücksbereich.
Das Bad war nichts besonderes und das WC hatte leider einen schlechten Geruch.

Been here already, and even more often in Prague, so I dare qualifying to judge hard.
Generally Hilton OT has the ambition to play in the higher leagues. This probably works on the average customer having standard questions about their room or breakfast. When it comes to business and high quality, I have zero tolerance, especially for unprofessional staff, who risk escalations with the customer due to 1. incompetence and 2. incorrect following internal escalation guidelines. They just debate with customers and have no clue when it goes beyond room & reservation. Inexperienced juniors I world say. The behaviour from the DM staff was noticeable, Michael, wo tries to appear keen, but fails being senior and he should not be work there, especially for his rude attitude and ignoring escalation mechanisms. It is not the DM's job to discuss things towards nonsense. Asking for their manager makes situations quickly escalate. Paired with arrogance and offensive behaviour I would say that some from the staff should remember who is paying their salary!
The problem overall is: Hilton old Town is nothing special, so | don't get the point about their illusion to appear „special". So here I know for sure that this must have consequences. This is not Hilton-Style.
The other Hilton is way better.

Das Frühstücksbuffet war fabelhaft, der Spa-Bereich klein aber fein. Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

Marijo at the front desk was incredibly patient and reassuring while I worked through a corporate credit card issue during check-in. The room was pleasantly updated and very clean. They also kindly let me borrow an adapter when I needed one. Overall, excellent service and hospitality.

Prague is among the top European destinations so I had high expectations. Hilton Prague Old Town did not disappoint in that reagard and it matched the culture and ambience of that great city. I have status with Hilton so I am sure it played a role in the experience but from the check in at the front desk, throughout the stay in the room, room service, meals and services, the stay was consistently excellent. The management reached out to me occasionally if all my needs were met and any questinos or reauests I had were promptly answered. The breakfasts were absolutely amazing and staff was kind and attentive. The cherry on top was the live piano music in the evenings, which greatly enhanced the overall feeling of the hotel.
