Very nice hotel, room was spacious and comfortable. Loved the ice / filter water machines on each of the floors and staff were very professional and kind. The pool was lovely too and a nice setup.
The pool could do with a bit more supervision and clear rules about whether swimsuits were mandatory in the sauna. The pool was also a little cold but not freezing .

It was a 5 Star hotel and Hilton but had no toiletries such as cotton or cotton pants in the bathroom. Also, when you first arrive, there was no complementary water in the rooms tomorrow service starts late and not 24 hours. Nothing in mini bar.
Not really a 5 star hilton
We stayed as a large family group occupying five rooms, travelling in from all over the world and spanning all ages—from young kids to elderly relatives. The hotel went above and beyond to make everyone comfortable. They arranged wheelchairs for us to get around Prague and prepared each room according to our specific needs, which made a huge difference for our mobility and comfort.
Every morning, the team made sure we could sit together for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The staff were consistently kind, attentive, and helpful throughout our stay.
The location is also excellent—close to the city center and convenient for exploring.
Overall, a lovely and accommodating hotel with great service. Highly recommended for families and groups!
