A fantastic stay
Pros:

We had such a great experience at the Hilton Prague Old Town. The hotel was lovely, our room was big although we were upgraded as my husband is a diamond member. The staff were kind and welcoming from the start, in particular thank you to Abdul on the front desk and Ervie in the bar/restaurant who were particularly helpful on our stay. We loved the location of the hotel, the excellent air conditioning (particularly in a European summer heatwave), the pool was lovely for a break from the heat and the beds are comfortable with great pillows. We are grateful to the staff for making our stay a pleasure. The executive lounge was relaxing and well stocked. Definitely recommend this hotel!

Location is ok. Next time I will consider another hotel with breakfast and a heated pool.
Pros:

Why is breakfast not included in the room price? It's just bullshit. To force you to pay more. Why?

Cons:

The swimming pool is not in use. The water is cold. It's a shame they don't heat it.

Pros:

Hotellet som sådant var kanon! Personalen var hjälpsam, sängarna bekväma, rummen fräscha, vatten och is att hämta i korridoren. Och så en cool bar med möjlighet till en god drink i baren när man kommer hem på kvällen. 😋

Cons:

Att man var tvungen att ha hela beloppet på kontot som reservation/deposit redan när man kom. Och om man sedan delar på betalningen av rummet får den som lagt ut deposit inte tillbaka beloppet förrän inom 4 arbetsdagar. Om ni ska ha deposit vilket är rimligt så ha ett ert väsentligt lägre belopp. Skapade en del oro och irritation i det kompisgäng jag reste med.

Comfortable stay with thoughtful touches and great location
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at Hilton Prague Old Town. We stayed in a Superior King Room (Room 618), which was spacious, well maintained, and clean.

A special highlight was the thoughtful gesture of complimentary champagne and sweets, along with a handwritten note from Tanya (GM) and the team, which made our wedding anniversary even more memorable.

The buffet breakfast was very good with a nice variety of options. The location is also very convenient, with tram and metro stations nearby, making it easy to explore the city.

Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay with great service - highly recommended.

Very comfortable, very good location
Pros:

This is a very comfortable hotel in a very good location. Check-in was smooth, the room was laid out well, the shower pressure was good and the towels were huge. We paid for access to the Executive Lounge for 1 day and that was a nice treat. Umbrellas were available during the one day that it rained.
We walked to all of the sights in the Old Town and Jewish Quarter, there were plenty of restaurants nearby, and we needed a sim card that was procurable in the nearby mall.
I would recommend this hotel to everyone.
