Très bon séjour mais pas à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles (4 étoiles plus adapté pour l’hôtel)
Pros:

L’emplacement de l’hôtel était top. Le petit déjeuner était très bon. Les parties communes de l’hôtel étaient belles et spacieuses. La chambre était assez confortable avec un lit très grand. Le personnel était agréable et serviable.
Mention spéciale à Ivan du bar de l’hôtel qui a été au petit soin avec nous !

Cons:

Quelques petits hics sur les équipements/services qui ne correspondent pas vraiment à une expérience 5 étoiles :
- TV ancienne qui ne permet pas d’aller sur Netflix ou de connecter son smartphone (connexion HDMI uniquement).
- Chambre mal isolée. Nous entendions les fêtards et les voitures passer la nuit alors que nous étions au 8ème étage.
- Rideaux de chambres qui ne permettaient d’occulter à 100% la lumière, ce qui nous réveillait dès le lever du soleil.
- Vaisselle de chambre pas très propre (traces de dentifrices dans les verres).

Globalement, le séjour s’est bien déroulé et l’hôtel était bien. Cependant, pour un 5 étoiles, beaucoup d’équipement et prestations (qui font la différence entre 5* et 4*) étaient manquantes. Le Hilton Prague Old Town correspondait plus à un hôtel 4 étoiles qu’à un hôtel 5 étoiles.

Great location, friendly staff, spotless.
Pros:

Excellent location, spotlessly clean, great breakfast.

Cons:

The pool and surrounding area is very small and the pool water was a little cold.
The concierge wasn't very clear on use of the teams, luckily the PID Litacka app was great.

סה"כ בסדר.
Pros:

ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד ומפנקת , מבחר עשיר.
צוות המלון ידידודותי , נענה לכל בקשה כמו שמיכות נוספות.
מעליות מהירות.
קיבלנו גם הפי ההאור ( שעה שמחה ) , נחמד לאכול ארוחת ערב שם .
קרוב מאד לעיר העתיקה ולאתרי תיירות פופולריים במרחק הליכה.
יש מתקן מים\סודה ליד החדר.

Cons:

חסר מאד קולבים , לא היה היכן לתלות מעילים \ מגבות וכו למעט קולב אחד בחדר האמבטיה.
זרם מים במקלחת חלש מאד, לוקח הרבה זמן עד שמגיעים המים החמים , גם לא ברור בהתחלה לאיזה כיוון יש לסובב את הברז כדי לקבל מים חמים או קרים.
קיבלנו חדר עם נוף לחצר .

Perfect location, a 2min walk from the powder gate, old town entrance
Pros:

A very pleasant hotel, perfect location, adjacent to the palladium mall, a short walking distance from the powder gate, entry into the old town, a few minutes walk from Charles bridge and the main square. Nice rooms, a decent gym and health center, an indoor pool and sauna. Wonderful service! A what’s app you can text and ask for anything. Once their were late in delivering extra towels as per our request, and as a compensation, we were surprised by a fruit platter and drinks in our room :) Highly recommended
