Pros:

I stayed at this property for three months while studying at a university nearby. The management is excellent. My apartment was frequently cleaned, and the team regularly enquired whether I needed anything. The street it's located on has some of the best restaurants in the city (Duo, Birch, Schengen) and is walking distance to many of the main historical and cultural sights. I will undoubtedly stay here again during future visits to Saint Petersburg.

Pros:

We were very happy with the whole stay, the color Management team were excellent, communication was easy and they thought of everything, arranged transfers, luggage store etc the Apartment was clean, warm, had everything we needed and in a great location in the city, we would definitely recommend!

Pros:

Very cute and clean apartment. Close to downtown and many good restaurants. Not enough closet space or dressers. Bed was comfortable, slept well. Shower had good hot water and pressure. There was a bad sewer smell from the shower drain, we just kept the drain covered and it was OK. We plan to stay there again.
