Habitaciones cómodas, baño limpio y buena presión del agua. La piscina y zona de descanso buenas. Accesible si quieres estar cerca a la Huacachina y llegar al centro de Ica también. Muy buena la estancia en relación al precio. Personal amable

La cercanía que tenía al oasis

El Wi-Fi funcionaba muy mal. En un momento la señora lo reinició y comenzó a andar un poco mejor, pero a los pocos minutos volvió a fallar. Le manifesté mi insatisfacción a la señora encargada y su reacción no fue buena: a partir de ese momento dejó de hablarnos y ni siquiera nos saludaba.

Cuando le conté lo del wifi, yo trabajo remoto. Y ella me dijo que lo tenía que haber avisado antes. Ósea ofrecían un servicio que no tenían.

La limpieza dejaba mucho que desear. La comida que probabas en el lugar era la misma o peor de la que te ofrecían en la calle

Welcoming host, you can book tours and activities with her through the hotel. It’s a 15 / 20 minute walk from the Oasis

It gets very hot in the room and there is no air con in the room. The fan that is provided is very strong and loud so it’s a choice between sleeping through the heat or the noise of the fan
