Very disappointing experience overall.

The hotel looks attractive in photos and the pool area is pleasant. The only consistently positive part of our stay was the swimming pool staff, who were friendly and welcoming.

Unfortunately, the front desk experience completely overshadowed everything else.

We were traveling with a baby and had a late flight. We asked whether it would be possible to extend checkout so our baby could nap comfortably in the crib after lunch before heading to the airport. Instead of trying to help or find a reasonable solution, the response was extremely rigid.

Initially no late check-out option was offered at all. I insisted and tried to find a solution by asking how much it would cost to keep the room longer, even asking whether there could be a reduced rate since we would only need the crib for approximately 2–3 hours.

The hotel eventually offered a $200 charge to stay until 2 PM, but if the baby happened to sleep past that time we were told the system would automatically apply the full nightly rate of $397.54. As any parent knows, it is impossible to predict exactly when a baby will wake from a nap. The policy essentially forces guests to gamble hundreds of dollars over a very small timing difference (for example 2 PM vs 3 PM).

What was most surprising was not just the policy itself, but the lack of empathy and organization from the front desk team. The communication felt mechanical and unhelpful, which is disappointing for a property that presents itself as a boutique hospitality experience.

Another issue worth mentioning is pricing transparency. The hotel adds a $45 per day “amenities fee”, on top of taxes and other charges, which significantly increases the final cost of the stay compared with the price initially shown when booking.

The restaurant was another disappointment: extremely expensive for the quality offered.

Dovrebbero migliorare alcuni dettagli nei servizi: per es. avere attenzione nel rifornire giornalmente la macchina nespresso in camera (dovevo sempre chiederlo), fare attenzione a non mettere asciugamani o lenzuola con macchie, mettere a disposizione del cliente gratuitamente almeno una bottiglia di acqua al giorno.

Given the location and services it does not come cheap. Although pricing seems aligned with other hotels and restaurants in the area.

Frühstück könnte für diesen Preis besser sein (Was im Frühstück inkludiert ist, wird nicht erklärt. Eine Flasche Wasser ist dabei wurde uns aber erst am letzten Tag gesagt. Auswahl ist zu gering, nicht kombinierbar, Kakao ist einmal inkludiert und einmal kostet er 8 USD, Filterkaffee ist naja usw.)

Att när man hade tagit frukost som tillägg fick man välja mellan två väldigt enkla frukost menyer som bestod av fruktsallad och muffins eller en toast typ. Ville man ha något utöver det fick man betala extra för det. Det framkom inte vid bokning och borde vara tydligare vid bokning.

Nous séjournons régulièrement dans cet hôtel, nous avons cette fois ci réservé une chambre avec balcon qui devait se situer dans le bâtiment principal au 4eme étage avec vue piscine ou sur le côté comme indiqué dans la description Booking et nous nous sommes retrouvé dans le 3ème bâtiment avec vue sur rue, très bruyant.
Lorsque j’ai demandé à la réception de changer de chambre, ils m’ont répondu que ce n’était pas possible et que rien ne me garantissait le choix de cette chambre lors de ma réservation !
Le personnel n’est pas vraiment compréhensif et arrangeant.

When we checked in our room wasnt ready. So we were told to go grab lunch at the restaurant next door. After ordering, the desk clerk told us a different room was available for check in and we could check in now. But to go ahead and enjoy lunch first. We didnt know each ice tea refill was an extra charge ($30) in ice tea???? Then when we checked in after lunch we were given a 20% off coupon for the restaurant really? Couldn't have given thst to us while we were eating??? Got to the room and it was 88 degrees inside the room. A/C was broken hotter inside than out. Took an hour for them to fix it. We had spent all night on a plane and were dead tired now sweating to death. Took another hr for the room to cool down to be able to sleep. Not a pleasant experience. No one offered to help us with our 6 suitcases down the stairs at checkout as we we going on a cruise or help us out the door with them. Terrible customer service.

le parking. nous avons voyagé en basse saison et nous n’avons pas pu obtenir de place de parking, nous avons réservé pour 5 nuits et le critère du parking était la raison de notre choix d’établissement. il semblerait que le valet parking (pas de self parking) a des places TRÈS limitées.
