Brilliant stay
Pros:

We loved this hotel. Pool is heated - so its like a spa pool. Staff are great, rooms are nicely decorated (could do with some drawers). Location is perfect. Sun beds on beach are great - as is the food down there. Thanks, great stay. P,S. there is a water fountain near large sunbeds.

Had a great holiday but things could’ve been better.
Pros:

Booked this hotel as we liked the boutique vibe it presented. When we arrived we were welcomed by friendly hotel staff and our bags were stored until check in time. In this time we went and used the facilities at the beach.
When we did check in got to our room which was nicely presented and comfortable. 2 complimentary waters and 2 coffees per stay, everything else was chargeable. Also they put tea bags in your room but no facility to boil water but I did ask for a kettle and they brought one to the room.
Unfortunately during our stay the lift was broken which wasn’t ideal with our luggage. Also the gym which is small anyway only had two treadmills, one which was out of order and the other was slipping so couldn’t use anyway.
The pool area aesthetically is lovely, just to note, it is a spa pool which we hadn’t realised, so when we headed back from the beach for a refreshing dip it was more like getting into a hot bath tub. Also to note sun loungers around the pool are limited and a lot of them don’t get the sun all day.
We had booked the hotel through booking.com and as part of our booking we had a 10 dollar allowance per day to use at the bar. This was questioned by staff twice and they wanted photos of our booking? It took 3 attempts to get the pool drinks taken off our bill before we finally settled up due to this. Although they didn’t explain what the issue was.
The hotel cost us £307 per night room only. We loved our holiday and did like some parts of the hotel but I’m not sure for that price I’d stay again.

Bedrooms modern and comfortable. Staff friendly

Cons:

Lift didn’t work during our stay, treadmills broken in the gym. Also mainly so people are aware the pool is a spa pool so if you want a cool off in the heat it’s not the one. Also only a few loungers at the pool get the sun for the day. Best option is to visit the beach. The price we paid didn’t reflect the quality of facilities.

Nice hotel but could do with a couple of improvements to reach premium status
Pros:

Great location on South Beach and very nice room with a comfortable bed and a decent sized bathroom and good pressure shower. Felt premium quality and worth the price.

Cons:

The room has a musty smell and I didn't love the entrance to the hotel as there wasn't a lobby / foyer or anywhere to sit. I also really didn't appreciate how expensive the hotel restaurant was nor the fact that a latte wasn't included in the inclusive breakfast. Felt very money-grabbing and not a premium offering. There also wasn't any complimentary water in the room which also wasn't ideal. It was also very difficult to find the room, having to go through multiple doors and corridors. The fire doors kept being opened and alarm being set-off as no one could find the exit back to the main hotel area.

Nice…… Don’t leave before you try the nice restaurant in there. The steak and salmon were amazing
Pros:

We came in Jan.and it rained a lot but we really enjoyed out stay. I agree the bartender was awesome! We were right next to bar. But ya’lls Restaurant was amazing.. best food in the area!! We tried other restaurants but always came back to Lennox. The Who city was using can cokes at fancy restaurants,I am used to fountain so not sure what’s up with that.. can you guys enlighten me 🙃

Pros:

The staff on the property were fantastic! Always friendly, super helpful, and could assist with almost anything.

Cons:

It says it’s an ‘adult only’ property, however, several children were on location during my stay. All children were respectful though but just as a heads up anyone looking to stay.
