La atención de los dueños.
La habitación es limpia y las camas muy cómodas.
No hay ruido y puede uno descansar a gusto.
Es la segunda vez que me he hospedado ahí y regresaré en este mismo año, la ubicación es buena. A la salida y en lo alto, pero relativamente cerca si trae uno transporte 10 minutos del centro
Tiene terraza por si en la noche quieres estar afuera de la habitación e incluso puedes pedir de desayunar! Si no te quieres levantar tan temprano e ir al centro .

El trato y la atención fue excepcional

Great stay. Amazing location, facility, view, and hosts. Very nice and generous host. Close to downtown but far enough to have peace and quiet at night. Safe and secure parking. Highly recommend and will stay there again.

I liked the room was spacious, clean & comfortable.

Im going to try my best to be fair and constructive in this review.

Pros: great location, beautiful and authentic decorations, majority of the rooms are spacious and water/coffee are provided. The hotel and rooms are very clean, the staff is friendly and attentive.

Cons: this “hotel” just offers rooms/bathrooms/shower. No amenities are included: restaurant was closed “due to Covid” (still an excuse), no common sit down area, no snacks/drinks. We had to ask a staff to please put a table and chairs outside so that we could enjoy the beautiful view that they have in the patio. Biggest issue…NOT ALL ROOMS HAVE AIR CONDITIONER. This is an extra fee that it is not clear/disclosed upon booking. If going with a big group highly recommend you book the rooms individually to avoid any issues! Another watch out- parking is small so recommend you just drive small vehicles!

Recommendation to the Owner.
- Invest in air conditioning for all the rooms
- Invest in opening the restaurant back up and/or have SOMETHING available for the guests
- Invest in an outdoor sitting area so that guests can enjoy the beautiful view that the hotel has
- competition is high with many other hotels offering standard amenities that you don’t offer. This hotel is beautiful and has so much potential!

The owners go above and beyond to make you feel like your at home. Gated secured parking lot. The breakfast is delicious. Beautiful view. The owners are very friendly, they make sure you have everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Knowledgeable about the whole town, great recommendations of places to go eat and visit and how to get there. They reach out via text messages before our check in to give us directions, along with pictures of property. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

The view from the hotel is stunning! I got the suite and it was worth it! the owners are very friendly and attentive. The hotel is not in the city center and you will have to get an uber or taxi everytime but it was not a problem for me because I would wake up everyday and spend my entire day in the city and only come back to the hotel to sleep. If you’re looking for a beautiful hotel with a view and don’t mind gettitn a taxi or uber to the city I highly recommend this hotel! I am definitely checking in every time I visit Guanajuato.

Great place to stay no that far from downtown, the management is great and super friendly, the breakfast is really good.
It’s a nice place that you cabs till get the ambiance of Guanajuato without the hassle of being downtown.
Definitely would stay again.

Nos gusto mucho el hotel, muy cómodo y limpio. La decoración y las instalaciones muy bien cuidadas. La habitación que nos tocó tenía un balcón con vista hermosa.
Y la atención del staf muy acogedora y accesible.

Excelente lugar, la ubicación esta lejos del centro pero eso mismo la hace un lugar excelente para descansar. Además del extraordinario servicio personalizado rematado con un rico y buen servido servicio de desayuno.

Es un lugar con muy bonita decoración, atención cálida, exoelente desayuno.
