Big beautiful studio in a funky area
Pros:

Gorgeous studio with a nice private yard. It has everything, even washer/drier. Comfortable bed. Very quiet. Loved Keramikos which is an upcoming funky area, with many bars and restaurants. Only 15 min to Monasteraki.

Cons:

There was a little problem with the shower. But managed and I am sure that they will fix it.

Great location, clean, responsive managers but don't expect reception desk
Pros:

Location was wonderful, the apartment was very spacious and nicely decorated. Shower and hot water were perfect. The team was quick to respond to any questions we had via WhatsApp.

Cons:

I guess I should be used to zero human interaction by now. This was a very organized place with codes and cards and a contact number. So if that is your thing, perfect. I myself appreciate a human being but I also realize they are becoming rarer and rarer, with the rise of this kind of hybrid hotel-Airbnbs.
It was pretty cold while we were there and the only heating is the heating mode on air conditioning which didn't really suffice. I imagine the place is wonderful in summer but for colder weather, it's a little chilly.
There is a hair dryer but it seems to be rather old and turns off frequently. I think a new dryer would be a good investment!

A real gem in Keramikos. Attention to detail, and our concierge was a true delight!
Pros:

In a very convenient location which had a cool neighborhood vibe. The ground floor unit was such a delight. Modern yet eclectic. Bonus was the 2nd bathroom. Well equipped kitchen and a lovely outdoor patio. Unfortunately, we had some severe weather so we couldn’t take advantage of it.
We would definitely recommend this accommodation if you’re looking for a truly neighborhood feel in Athens.

A very good choice
Pros:

We enjoyed the super clean, spacious, quiet and well equipped appartement . The contact to the host via WhatsApps (do Not use e-mail) is very quick. The beds sleep fantastic. The left-luggage on the Location is a very convenient Service.

Cons:

We arrived with the metro in the north. This is a less attractive part of the town in the dark. Take the metro to Kerameikos which is even more close to the appartement and a good area. The appartement is modern style furnished. We prefer more comfortabel/cosy chairs and sofa.

Μείναμε πάρα πολύ ικανοποιημένη. Πολύ βολική τοποθεσία. Όμορφο και καθαρό δωμάτιο. Εξαιρετική εξυπηρέτηση σε οτιδήποτε χρειάστηκε.

Pros:

Ολα ήταν εξαιρετικά. Το δωμάτιο, η ανεση, η τοποθεσία, η εξυπηρέτηση, η καθαριότητα, η αυλιτσα. Για μένα το πιο υπέροχο από όλα ήταν η απίθανη vintage διακόσμηση με αυθεντικά κομμάτια σε ολο το σπίτι, τα χρώματα και η προσοχή στην κάθε λεπτομέρεια μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Πολυ καλο επίσης το οτι το δωμάτιο (μειναμε στο Α1) ειχε 2 wc, κατι που μας εξυπηρέτησε πολυ. Ισως το καλύτερο δωμάτιο που εχω μείνει στην Αθήνα.

Pros:

Βολική τοποθεσία, αρκετά κοντά στο κέντρο , ακόμα και με τα πόδια. Τα διαμερίσματα είναι ιδιαίτερα ευρύχωρα, πολύ άνετα και με ιδιαίτερη διακόσμηση. Αρκετά καθαρά, πολύ εύκολη η διαδικασία check in - check out .

Cons:

Η περιοχή δεν είναι από τις πιο καλόφημες, χρειάζεται λίγη προσοχή, κυρίως τις νυχτερινές ώρες! Εμείς ωστόσο δεν αντιμετωπίσαμε κάποιο πρόβλημα !

Θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά και ξανά!
Pros:

Όμορφα διακοσμημένο διαμέρισμα, καθαρό, με όλες τις παροχές που περιγράφονταν να είναι διαθέσιμες. Στο κέντρο της Αθήνας , σε μια όμορφη περιοχή με πολλά μαγαζιά, καφέ, εστιατόρια τριγύρω και πρόσβαση στο μετρο. Είναι η δεύτερη φορά που το επιλέγουμε. Ταξιδέψαμε με το σκυλάκι μας. Στα θετικά, αυτή τη φορά είχαν φροντίσει να έχουν μπολάκια για τροφή και νερό, κρεβατακι και λιχουδιές για τη μικρή μας (αν και χρησιμοποιούμε τα δικά της, ήταν θετική προσθήκη)
