Pros:

Great location, 5 mins walk from Central Station and 10 mins walk from Dam Square. Room waa clean and bed was comfortable. Reception Staff (Bikram & Serhii) were very helpful and friendly.

Excelente ubicación si vas de paso en Ámsterdam
Pros:

Su ubicación es perfecta, caminando tienes la central y a 20 minutos el distrito rojo u otras atracciones.

Cons:

El cuarto que me asignaron era algo pequeño y parecía tipo sótano, la cama era una litera y en la noche se escuchaban ruidos de todos los que pasaban por ahí.

Pros:

Die Lage ist absolut Perfekt. Das Personal sehr freundlich und ja einfach angenehm im ganzen. Die Betten waren auch sehr bequem. Es war ruhig.

Cons:

Die dusche ist es was klein und der Wasserstrahl relativ schwach, aber wäre er stärker sehe ich dennoch ein, das eine überhöhte Überschwemmungsgefahr wäre

apart from housekeeping in the hotel which seemed non exsistant it was great
Pros:

the position of the hotel was good, great for walking to transport to see around the city.
coffee and tea being available for free was good. pity it was down in the celler and we were on the top floor.

Cons:

telling us what they had done to the room , like changing the sheets and actually them doing this . also the room never got cleaned what ever they told us. we took 2 towels with us to go to the beach , when we packed to go home they were not in the room, but nobody from house keeping could remember seeing them. still no idea where they are.
