trés agréable si vous ne prenez pas l'ascenseur
Pros:

à présicer, une défaillance dans l'ascenseur où nous avons été bloqué, pendant plus de 45 min, le gérant nous a facturé l'intervention des pompiers, alors qu'une personne parmis nous avait perdu connaissance. Malaise cardiaque.

CityView is great for a night or two despite the tiny room
Pros:

The CityView Hotel is in an excellent location. The staff was friendly and helpful and the property is kept very clean. Bed, though small, was very comfortable. Despite being right in the heart of the city it was quiet at night.

Cons:

My room was tiny, even by European standards, and overpriced for what you got. Amsterdam is an expensive city but I couldn’t help but feel I was overpaying. The WiFi is also slow and spotty.

die Lage, Betten sehr gemütlich

meiner Großmutter hat das Stockbett im Einzelzimmer leider nicht gefallen, konnte aber keiner wissen, dass die Dame 78 ist und eher nicht hochklettern kann

Excellent location, friendly/helpful staff, clean and well equipped room.
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and helped us in depth with every query we had. They had excellent English too which helped as we don’t speak Dutch. Upgraded our room, gave us late check out, helped with directions many times, gave us tips on transport and some must see sites. The stay was made so much better by their attentiveness.
