Pros:

Konumu çok iyi, müze ile bir anlaşmaları var sanırım, check-in esnasında müze bileti verdiler. Kahvaltı lezzetli ve yeteri kadar çeşit var. Otelin içi yeni ve iyi tasarlanmış. Temizlik anlamında en ufak bir problemle karşılaşmadık. Sadece lobi katında bazen bir koku oluyor, altyapı problemi olabilir, ama odalarda veya üst katlarda böyle bir şey yoktu. Tekrar gideceğim bir otel, öneririm. Teşekkürler.

Pros:

Lots to use from at breakfast with real variety of food. Staff were excellent upon arrival and the room was very tidy and clean. The location is fantastic and at the centre of Belgrade. Would recommend highly, particularly for a first visit to Belgrade.

Cons:

The heating was very warm across the premises. The lack of a functioning bar. The bar is collected within the reception and there is not a lot of space.

Das war ein Reinfall.
Pros:

Das Personal gab sich Mühe; teilweise jedoch unprofessionell.
Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut.

Cons:

Sauberkeit mangelhaft. Nebenan eine sehr laute und große Baustelle.
TV funktionierte nur ein Sender. Auf Nachfrage wurde darüber nur gelacht.
Sauna ohne eine Ruhemöglichkeit. Essen über einen Lieferdienst ins Hotel ist nicht gestattet.
Preis-Leistung steht in keinem guten Verhältnis. Viel zu teuer für nichts.

Konumu güzel, yemek katındaki çalışan çok kaba.

Otelin konumu oldukça güzel. Resepsiyondaki çalışanlar ilgili ve güler yüzlü.

Cons:

Booking.com üzerinden yaptığım rezervasyonda kahvaltı dahil seçeneğini tercih ettiğimden eminim. Hatta rezervasyon onay ekranımda da bu açıkça yazmaktadır.

Bir gün oğlumla birlikte yemek katına indik. Normalde şehirde kahvaltı yapmayı tercih ediyoruz; o gün de zaten dışarı çıkacaktık. Sadece merak edip, meyve gibi hafif bir şeyler var mı diye bakmak istedik.

Ancak yemek katındaki görevli personel son derece kaba bir üslupla, doğrudan “Oda numaran ne? Sen alamazsın, ekstra ödeme yapman lazım” şeklinde konuştu.

Bunun üzerine lobiye indim ve rezervasyon onay ekranımı gösterdim. Kahvaltı dahil olduğu görülmesine rağmen net ve tatmin edici bir çözüm sunulmadı.

Ben, rezervasyonumun kahvaltı dahil olduğundan eminim. Sizden ricam Booking ekibi, sistem üzerinden rezervasyonumu kontrol etmeniz ve otelin bu konuda doğru bilgilendirilmesini sağlamanızdır ve bundan sonra gelecek insanlara aynı muameleyi yapmalarını engellemenizdir. Ayrıca yemek katında ki personelin tutumu nedeniyle yaşadığım bu olumsuz deneyimin de dikkate alınmasını istiyorum.
