Categories

Cleanliness
9.6
Multiple reviews praise rooms and bathrooms as very clean and well maintained; isolated mention of a carpet stain in one room slightly reduces a perfect score.
Service
9.5
Staff repeatedly described as very friendly and helpful across reviews; one complaint about inflexible late check-in slightly lowers the score.
Location
9
Location is convenient (near mall, walkable to centre for many) but a few notes mention it is not in the old town and requires a 2–3 km walk to some points of interest.
Room Quality
9.4
Rooms are described as comfortable, well equipped (AC, new bathrooms, comfortable beds) though a few guests found rooms small for two or noted a very soft bed for personal preference.
Amenities
9
Private parking and good breakfast are strong positives; minor negatives include limited parking space, lack of elevator and occasional missing toiletries (no shampoo) or limited breakfast variety.
Value for Money
9.7
Several guests explicitly comment on good value, fair room rates and a strong quality-to-price ratio, supporting a high score.
Food and Beverage
9.1
Breakfast is commonly described as good and generous with tasty coffee, though some guests noted limited menu variety and desire for more options.
Overall Experience
9.9
Overall sentiment across reviews is very positive with many calling the stay excellent and stating they would return, reflecting a strong overall experience.

Pros:

Cons:

Nulla.
