Great location, decent breakfast
Pros:

Location is excellent right on the edge of the Old Town with a view overlooking the Port. (we had Rooms 2 & 4) Good size rooms, cleaned daily. Safe provided. Modern bathroom with great shower. Decent breakfast and Staff were lovely. Note: The small Reception is located at the side of the Building down a cobbled side street heading into the Old Town from the Port, however access to the Rooms is around the corner at the rear of the Building up a large set of stone stairs and through the exterior of a Chinese Restaurant which is where breakfast is served in the mornings from 08.30am.

Cons:

Few issues with the electricity and Air-con when we first arrived but got resolved quickly by a handyman onsite. Our friends experienced the TV not working in their room on a few occasions but reported it to Reception and it came back on eventually somehow. Not a major issue though. There's no lift and several flights of stairs to bring your suitcase up in order to get to the Rooms so wouldn't be suitable for anyone with mobility issues. Also you were charged €3 for a coffee in the Rooms so we didn't bother.

Nice location, maybe mention somewhere that there is no possibility to reach the beach
Pros:

The location is amazing, right in the old town and in front of the marina. It was comfortable, they were very friendly with dogs, we traveled with a bichon. The staff so friendly

Cons:

The breakfast it is poor, you don’t have many things to chose from. The fact that the beach it’s not near the hotel, the beach that we asked for in advance for our dog but we couldn’t reach it not in a single day because nobody went there. For us it was a big minus, because one of the reasons we chose this hotel was that it had dog friendly beach. But if you don’t travel with a dog or for the hotel beach it’s ok.✔️

Rekommenderar varmt!
Pros:

Jättefint och smakfullt inrett. Massa förvaringsyta och gott om krokar. Otrolig utsikt från alla fönster. Läget är oslagbart. Supertrevlig personal, särskilt tjejerna i receptionen!! Hade absolut kunnat tänka mig att komma tillbaka.

Cons:

Jag bodde i lägenhet nr 5 högst upp i huset och tyvärr finns ingen hiss utan endast trappor. Lite jobbigt att ta sig upp efter en lång dag i värmen, eller om man glömt något på rummet och vill springa och hämta det lite snabbt, men egentligen inget problem. Dock värt att känna till om man har svårt med rörligheten. AC:n låter mycket och man hör även en hel del liv från gatan på nätterna (förståeligt givet läget), så ta med öronproppar.

Parfait
Pros:

Très belle chambre. Climatisation efficace. Chambre bien insonorisée de la rue. Matelat confortable. Propre. Nous avons apprécié la petite attention du personnel qui nous a déposé le petit déjeuner dans notre chambre car nous partions tôt le lendemain matin.

Budva, het Benidorm van Montenegro.
Pros:

Is op de rand van de oude stadsmuren van het historisch centrum van Budva. Met zicht op mooie boten.
Hotel is goed, maar Budva zelf is klein.

Cons:

Wij zaten in de penthouse.
Veel trappen.
Koffie of water was extra te betalen.
Parking is een groot probleem, aanschuiven om op de parking te geraken.
