DO NOT STAY HERE
Pros:

Upon arrival in Ollantaytambo no taxi or customer service knew where the address was. We took a taxi who had to stop 4 times to ask where it was. When the taxi did not locate it we were dumped on the side of the road with our 2 small children. Then the hotel refused to refund our money!!

pleasant stay, far from city center
Pros:

We stayed at Los Wayruros for one night, before taking the train to machu pichu. Looks like this is a relatively new hotel, the bed was comfortable and the room has LCD, a desk and a chair. The main problem with this hotel is location, it is far from the center (30 min walk) and you have to take a motor taxi for 10 soles to get there. If you arrive late at night, you may not find anybody taking you there. On the other hand it was very close to the train station (7 min walk). So very easy for people who want to take the train to machu pichu.

We saw only two people working there, and they do everything they can to make your stay comfortable. However, there are things that they forgot to put in our room, hand soap, shampoo, towels. We asked him and he provided all those items. They provide breakfast but because we were taking a super early train, we did not try it, but the main person working there was so kind and brought us cheese and bread to make to go sandwiches for ourselves. They also stored our luggage to pick up when we were back from machu pichu.
