A lovely stay with delicious food, all around.
Pros:

I came along with my children and everything was great. We visited several restaurants and they were all driving distance. Would definitely come back once it gets hotter, to do some water activities.

Stunning views in the most comfortable accommodation
Pros:

My girlfriend and I absolutely love everything about this little cottage. The extra touches added to the room, the view, the personalized messages and the wine! Everything was really well thought out and made us feel special and lucky to stay here. Overall an amazing experience and we’re already looking forward to coming back and spending more time. Thank you so much!

Cons:

The only negative thing was there was only 1 bottle of wine! Haha. Literally, there’s nothing to complain about, this was a top notch stay where we loved everything

Beautiful place and concept but a few things can be changed to make this cottage a little more comfo
Pros:

Location was quiet except for the numerous trains that felt like they were coming thru the bldg.

Cons:

The two odd tables could have been slightly larger to be of better use since the cottage is so tiny, and if the 2 odd chairs inside were upholstered or padded they would have been much more comfortable for a traveler who is on their feet all day. Big negative-the motion sensor spotlight aiming at the chairs on the little patio next to the building was completely annoying. It never went off, even with no motion, and it was impossible to sit outside and have a glass of wine enjoying the view because we were in the spotlight constantly. Every time we moved slightly, the light would come on all the way, not only bathing us in even brighter light, but also annoying other guests who were sitting on their back porch. A more ambience type of light like around some other cottages would be better. That spotlight on the side of The Cove made it impossible to use the patio and chairs at night. Lastly, the bathroom was beautiful but a slightly larger sink and mirror, which there seemed to be room for, would have made washing and brushing easier.

Exceptional stay on a friendly budget
Pros:

The room was even nicer than it seemed in the pictures, it was super clean and the location was beautiful. Communication and entry was extremely easy and it was perfect for what we wanted to do (close to downtown and village). Probably my best experience with a one night stay.

Best couple getaway in Mystic CT.
Pros:

It was the perfect couple getaway I wish we’ve could’ve stayed for more then just one night. The staff we were very friendly and welcoming and also responsive when it came to questions or concerns
