Great liitle gem in the heart of Athens.
Pros:

All the staff are super nice and the hotel's most important commitment is for happy guests.
Great variety for breakfast, great selection of vegan options. I also found the comlimentary bottle of wine really nice.

Cons:

Nothing really. I wish I could have enjoyed my complimentary glass of champagne on the roof garden, but did not find the time to do so.

The actual best hotel experience I have ever had
Pros:

The property is full of generous surprises! We arrived to a complimentary bottle of wine, some treats in the fridge, and the best view of the Parthenon in the city. The staff went above and beyond to help us have a great time. And by the way, we only stayed one night. When we are back in Athens we will be booking our entire stay here, no question!

We liked every single thing about the property.

Great location, clean, helpful friendly staff
Pros:

Great location friendly and very helpful staff who went out of their way to help you. When you are jet lag and in a new environment, it’s so great to see these friendly faces. Highly recommend anyone to hire car services from the hotel as well. They pick us up at the airport and then drop us off at the cruise port. It was seamless. The hotel restaurant was also fantastic-we had an authentic meal that we really enjoyed. We will be back next time in Athens!

Una suite muy confortable. La decoración de la escalera es muy única. Bajábamos los pisos andando solamente para disfrutarla. El personal muy atento dejándonos detalles todos los días. Muy limpio.

Pros:

The hotel is very centrally located, in a lively yet safe area, which made getting around Athens extremely easy. The property was spotlessly clean, and the staff were exceptionally welcoming and attentive to guests’ needs. We truly felt at home during our stay.
The mini kitchen in our room was especially convenient and made a big difference for us while traveling with children. Overall, it was a very comfortable and pleasant experience, and we would gladly stay here again.

As a Turkish person living in the Netherlands, I had a truly wonderful experience at this hotel. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, with a great variety.

The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to explore the area. Literally 500m to top reviewed restaurants and walk away to history. What made the experience even more special was the incredibly friendly and welcoming staff. They were always smiling, helpful, and genuinely hospitable.

I was also pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful surprises they prepared for their guests 🎊

Pros:

I stayed at the Pinnacle for two nights - the stay was beyond my expectations in all aspects. I was attracted to the hotel after seeing pictures of the rooftop view and reading positive reviews online, but the pleasant stay totally exceeded my expectations. Staff was very friendly, location was convenient, and the view was indeed spectacular. I look forward to visiting Athens again, and will definitely stay at the Pinnacle again!
