A woman knocking at the door on a Saturday morning at 7 30 am asking if I want laundry. There is a door sign for laundry, if I wanted I would have left the sign on the door.

Good but i dont think i will stay again there, there are cheapper options offering the same service around the block

Near good dining locations and malls and very modenr

Cons:

I submitted my bonvoy membership at the front desk and the captured it to earn the points of the stay but instead it only credited 43 points which was an insulting error. The other thing was that each of my friends booked the hotel and got different prices being the cheapest one the one including the breakfast which was insulting. And the last thing annoying was the entrance, it was very complicated to get to the lobby elevator, you need first to go down through an escalator, walk 20 feet through the property and then enter the basement (which wasn’t the lobby, you need to go up a couple of floors through the elevator.
