Pros:

Los cuartos son pequeños, para poder tener espacio se debe optar por dos camas individuales o por dos camas matrimoniales. Todas las habitaciones tienen cama doble. El espacio es pequeño. Con relación al precio considero que muy alto comparado con otras opciones. El problema del precio fue el concierto de Bad Bunny que subió el precio de todos los hoteles. Al final fueron varios días y nos acostumbramos al lugar. El hotel muy limpio si está en una zona de cuidado.

Room were filled with roaches and they changed our room again and still got videos of roaches coming out of the bed. Got

Roaches were everywhere. Showed hotel manager on duty and she moved us room and asked us to come back down at 8:30 am when Andres hotel manager was coming in and when we came down to speak to him she stayed he already left super quick and he dosnt answer the phone apparently. They ask to call bank and dispute

Cons:

horrible service. Stay with two other guest that were verified to stay in the room and only had one towel in room, when asked for more they wouldnt give it to us

Servicio destacado con deficiencias en el descanso
Pros:

El desayuno fue excelente y está disponible desde muy temprano; a las 6:30 a. m. ya me encontraba recibiéndolo en el comedor, mientras que mi compañera lo solicitó en la habitación. El hotel es de fácil acceso, cuenta con una muy buena ubicación, dispone de parqueadero y ofrece una atención ágil y de alta calidad.

Cons:

Considero que al hotel le falta mayor control con el ruido de los demás huéspedes. Además, la iluminación que entra por la parte superior de la puerta es muy fuerte y no permite un buen descanso. Hay demasiado ruido interno y mucha luz; la verdad, lo que pensé que sería una noche de descanso se convirtió en una tortura.
