The staff were friendly and helpful, and in general, the room pricing was fair. However, there were unexpected costs that exceeded my expectations when involving my dogs. I didn't see any information on booking.com about extra fees for bringing pets, and I never expected the costs would double for bringing 2 dogs instead of one, considering it didn't involve any extra cleaning.
The unexpected costs of having to pay extra for bringing pets, even though the hotel is listed as "pet friendly". Not only that, but they doubled the costs because I brought 2 dogs, despite the amount of cleaning done would have been the same. Also, at night time, there were so many small cockroaches in the room. The internet is also unstable and would disconnect at times. The area at night time is seedy with lots of noise, prostitution in the streets, etc. Not a good place to stay.

El Hotel necesita urgente una fumigación, en mi habitación encontré 3 cucarachas, y en las habitaciones de mis familiares también habían,las habitaciones son demasiado pequeñas, solo cama y baño, parace típico de residencia, no es recomendable si te hospedas con menores ya que el sector hay trabajadoras de la noche, frente al hotel hay mujeres esperando clientes
