Everything was perfect , definitely recommending and so convenient.

Checkin was ok. The pictures on the site are altered and have either the flash on or more lights added to the room. Apparently requesting a Double wide KING bedroom will reserve you two rooms. Why would I want two rooms if I’m the only tenant? Got my room and paid the ridiculous $100 reservation fee. Went in room first thing room smells like damp mildew. Turned on tv and check air conditioner. Tv looked like someone placed a magnet on tv so went back to the front and because I had the other room I wasn’t stuck with the foul smelling room. Just because you throw modern paint on the wall over mildew doesn’t make the hotel better. Missed the breakfast because it stops at 9:30 am. The cost is okay but will not be returning to this location.

We are very disappointted,after discovering the room telephone did not operate,we plugged a business mobile phone into the USB PORT provided on the wall inside the room and awake the following morning to find that the phone had been HACKED by the hotel management master computer system,locked my screen and changed my information !

I never made it to my destination and it was too late to get a refund. I did not get to stay at the hotel.

Had to go to the front desk 7 times because the card to enter room didn’t work even switched rooms and still didn’t work everytime we left the room we had to get a new card

The staff was nice, the hotel was peaceful, & clean.

The pool wasn’t working. The elevator was broken. The AC wasn’t working properly

Unfortunately this hotel was a mess, the room smelled, the doors didn't close well you had to basically slam them to close, there was a chirping smoke detector, the side entry door didn't lock so anyone could enter the hotel outside of the front entry way. The staff was decent but rarely at the front desk. The pool looked cloudy so didn't get to enjoy that and the continental breakfast was not the best. All in all you get what you pay for when you're trying to save a little money. Cost of the room was reasonable.

The staff were really nice and friendly. The rooms are very nice and clean and the breakfast was good also.

I did not like anything about this property I felt very unsafe so much so that I did not complete my stay, also they made me pay a 100 dollar deposit for my stay that was already paid for. Staff was rude.

Clean room, updated astetic. The pool looked a but outdated but i wasnt there for that so no big deal

You get what you pay for

We checked in on Friday with departure of Sunday with no notice of a $100 deposit, normally its listed when its that high... seemed a little high for a quality inn... but ok paid it and moved on, no big deal. Elevator was out of service, ok fine, we can use the stairs no problem... little troublesome for my handicap father, but we made it work. However, the smell of weed throughout the entire hotel was nauseating. I can handle a little of smell, to each there own, but throughout the night it got worse and worse. Not just my party but several other rooms from guests that were traveling with us had the same complaint. It was very strong. Nonsmoking is nonsmoking and management should have done something about it, it was extremely noticeable. They gave me a can of air freshener spray to use instead. Room was relatively clean, bathroom door wouldn't shut properly, water damage is what it looked like. It says newly renovated but all I could see as renovated was the tile around the front desk and new lighting in the lobby.

Location is fine, heavy traffic off of 635 but it's the metroplex its be expected. Lots of restaurants nearby so that was a plus.

Back to the deposit thing... typically a hotel does an authorization on your card and then it releases. This was not the case. The hotel actually charged my card $100. Transaction processed completely through my account and when I called, they said "yes we charge it, not just authorize it and it will be 5-7 days" when I asked for proof of the refund, he told me he could not give that to me. I asked multiple times for some type of confirmation that this was processed as a refund, he said, "it has been done that's all I can say" then told me I could call corporate. I will wait for the 7 days... its $100 not a huge deal... HOWEVER I wont be staying at this location again, we play in the area alot but I have advised everyone to steer clear for future we will stay elsewhere.

There was not hot breakfast like in the picture. Room seemed small compared to other hotels

I like the room beautification. Everything looks clean and new. Just like everything.

The bathroom sink was dirty. When they said breakfast. It was very limited.

Hopefully the hot tub will be accessible again soon.
