Pros:

Easy to get too, right next to Safeway for snacks , nice walking area to few sea lions out on docks, they didn’t both us at night , like I’ve seen post. Last minute decision to stay in town . Nice and reasonable.

Glad I only stayed one night
Pros:

Staff was SO FRIENDLY! Honestly the highlight of the entire experience. Super willing to help. So genuine, so caring. Smiling, bubbly, and welcoming.

Cons:

There was a piece of the marble in the ledge by the bed that was not attached. When my son set his Nintendo down on it, it fell off and almost hit his foot. There were also ants really bad, but we didn’t know until we woke up and realized our entire pack of doughnut holes were covered in them, including all of our belongings surrounding it. :( had asked for a crib to be included and the hotel confirmed but didn’t have it in the room. Breakfast was underwhelming. Out of a lot of things like even forks. Just overall lackluster but decent.

Pros:

Original room was cracker barrel next to the elevator. Amy upgraded us to a double queen at same price. Kudos to Amy. Thank you.

No sea lions.

Very spacious room with good view.
Pros:

Big corner room with two windows. Comfy bed. Nice “suite” side with good couch. Sink separated from toilet/shower, very convenient for two people. Very pleasant front desk staff.

Cons:

Very thin, old bath towels. All night sea lions’ howls (they can’t help it but we were surprised). Room wasn’t serviced after first night. Towels weren’t changed.

Meh... Ask for Amy, shes what makes this hotel
Pros:

The room was beautiful, although nothing like the posted photos. The pull out bed for the kids was very much a pull out bed. No padding and a giant stain that was unidentifiable. The breakfast had actual cream cheese, so huge bonus there! However, keeping it stocked or clean was not a worry duting our stay. Very sad as the employees were in the back kitchen talking about nails... The view was amazing, the front office staff was a 10/10 (Amy thats you!)
