Do Not Stay Here
Pros:

Do not stay here unless you want to be overcharged! The room keys don't work, we have to get new ones at least three times. They will never call you back and put you on hold for a very long time whenever you try to speak with someone. The hot tub is also not hot.

Pros:

El hotel está en una excelente ubicación, siempre súper limpio por donde quiera que uno camine tiene un muy agradable olor, los desayunos excelentes, variados, el personal muy amable en fin 100% recomendado

En realidad no hubo nada que no me gustara, tal vez si como recomendación el comedor donde se sirve el desayuno debería de ser un poco más grande ya que por ratos está full

The hotel itself was great.The beds were comfortable.The pillows were fluffy, and the room was a suite that included a sofa and extra sink.

Cons:

the big disappointment was the breakfast area.It is not large enough to accommodate the size of the hotel.Every morning was super crowded, literally a 15 minute wait for a waffle. there was only one staff person trying her best to keep everything stocked, but sometimes it fell short. It was so crowded that it was very difficult to even get to the food, Much less find a spot to sit.People ended up sitting in the lobby because there was not enough seating.

Very comfortable room, excellent bed. Hot water and nice size room, probably the best breakfast I have ever had. Tons of warm food like eggs and bacon and waffles. In the shopping center with tons of restaurants, try the sports bar nearby for great hamburgers.
