I wasn't satisfied with your hotel because you didn't refund my deposit .I left your hotel about 2 weeks ago .You said that my deposit would be refunded in 1 one week.. We contacted our bank to double check but we could neither get the deposit back nor get an answer for our emails .

Pros:

Good value for the price paid and location. Rooms were clean and everything worked. Staff was attentive and helpful. Parking area was adequate.

Cons:

There was quite a bit of noise emanating from the hallways during the night. So getting a restful night of sleep wasn't in the cards for this trip.

The location is good and the reception staff is very helpful and accommodating especially Stephanie.
Pros:

The location is good as there are restaurants, stores and AT&T nearby which walking distance. There is also bank near to the hotel. This hotel is convenient for international students enrolled in FIU that arrived before they could stay in the dormitory provided by the university.

Cons:

The price of the hotel is a bit pricey considering that it is quite old.

Pros:

The space was extremely clean. And there was enough supplies, towels etc. I didn't have to request anything from front desk. The free parking on site was a plus. The price is well worth it if you are just looking to stay somewhere quiet, comfortable, and clean
