Comfortable facility, unresponsive management.
Pros:

Comfortable, clean and spacious room. Generous breakfast.

Cons:

Disappointed with unresponsive management and eventual denial of request to credit first two of three nights reservation after airline cancelled our arriving flight and we had to drive 2 1/2 days from Wisconsin to Miami.
