Pros:

I liked that the hotel was less than 5 minutes walk to both starbucks and publix. There are also a few eateries and a liquor shop within 5 minutes walk for those interested. The general area is quiet and peaceful.

Cons:

The complimentary breakfast was very limited and bland. The breakfast staff didn't speak or understand English which made the experience worse. There isn't an option to purchase breakfast at this hotel.

The best raltion price-quality that we have had with Booking.com.
Pros:

This Hotel has been our best option price- quality duiring more than 15 years of experience with Booking. The room was excellent, big, confortable, it had good beds, tables for study and writing, sofa, wonderfull.
The breakfast was great, variety and abundant.
The Hotel is close to the important shopping malls of the city.

Cons:

The Hotel is in Kendall district, for this reason is far from of the Miami Downtown and Miami Beach.

Location was very convenient, the staff was nice, hotel it self has a nice clean and pleasant smell.

Location was very convenient, checkin was easy, and the breakfast was good.

Cons:

Our room had a mildew smell as if the carpet got wet and someone tried to dry it.

It was a ok of a stay.

Rip-off. Deposit Scam. Get Out.
Pros:

I left the hotel on February 20th and was told that the deposit of USD 75 would be refunded soon. Today, March 17th, after much insistence on getting the money back, I was laconically told that the amount was withheld due to damage to the bed linens. Just like that, an absolutely untrue and untimely claim, after almost a month. What kind of treatment is this? Do you consider this honest? It seems like a scam, a rip-off. I advise everyone to avoid this hotel at all costs.
