Fully automated hotel. Self check-in and check-out.
Pros:

There is no staff at the hotel, except for the housekeeping that comes once a day to clean the rooms.There is no receptionist or concierge. Check-in and checkout is automated and the instructions provided were clear enough for us to figure it out. We also got emails checking if we needed cleaning services, etc. However, it may not be convenient for travellers who are not good with using tech or dont look at their emails frequently so pick accordingly.
The hotel is at a good location - very close to Garden Night Market and old town too. I liked my stay here.
