Clean and tidy, pleasant reception
The breakfast was not well set up
We had a warm greeting at check-in and enjoyed a cup of tea and a lemon water ( available 24/7) as we got our room assigned.
Surprisingly, stylish decor, the bed was super comfortable, there was a microwave and mini fridge in the room, great chairs. We loved it!
A basic breakfast selection with but nice sausage patties and eggs and bagels.
Despite there being a large group staying there, with one of the gathering spaces very close to our room, we didn't hear a sound! Which was great!
The waffle maker and batter dispenser were a bit challenging- the timer didn't work on the maker, which was heavy to try to double check if they were done and the batter dispenser didn't stop pouring leaving quite the mess. Can you not make a few and put them in a warming tray?
There was quite the gathering of smokers outside as we arrived -but can't do much about that!
Quiet, clean and comfortable room
Having to leave for a medical appointment so early in the morning
Breakfast was fine with many options. We left from breakfast full and content.
Parking area was a little rough but what can you expect after the winter thaw.
The breakfast was amazing, definitely needed to replenish the fruit salad, it was so fresh. The mattress was sooo comfortable as well as the pillows.
The towels need to be a bit softer.

The location
The beds were terrible. When you sit on them they sink and I am only 135 lbs
Then the heating system was so loud going on and off and I could not make it cooler in the room except for putting on AC and that was super loud too. It woke me up frequently. I ended up turning it off completely.
Location was great
Requires a better cleaning particularly in the hallway and entrance.
