People were nice price was good. Breakfast was yummy.
When you pulled up, it looked a little shabby because nothing had been mowed or weeded. It could use a pot or two of flowers but once we got inside the facility, it was OK.
The king suite was fantastic. It was large, comfortable, the correct temperature and on floor level.
It had all the amenities, was clean and we were super satisfied.
The pillows were top notch, I loved having a place to sit down and enjoy a meal in our room without feeling cramped.
I can't think of anything that we weren't happy with.

Location is not good,
The suite was huge. Very clean and the bed was super comfortable.
The bathtub was chipped and there was a huge spot on the ceiling above the bed that showed a repair. Could be painted to match the rest of the ceiling.

It’s ideal for us and our little dog when we’re in town for dog events. There’s an area nearby to exercise the dog and a nearby restaurant that has a dog friendly patio
The breakfast buffet used to be a bit better. The bagels were stale, the toaster wasn’t working properly and there was less choice.
breakfast was better than average, food quality and selection was good, room was decent, king size bed was nice, bathroom was ok. room was recently renovated and was decently clean, bedding did not seem to have been cleaned or changed, as there was small pieces of debris in the sheets.

Nice room. Convenient back door access for quick trip to Tim Hortons and restaurants. Front desk staff very helpful. Cleaning/Maintenance staff very nice.

My room was right next to the parking lot, and unfortunately I could hear people chatting, arguing, and even crying outside from around 2:00 a.m. to 4:00 a.m. There were also car alarms and horns during the night. As a result, I was unable to get a proper night’s sleep.
