Guest Reviews
Our room's air conditioner was not working properly and failed to cool the room as it should. I reported the issue to both the front desk and the manager. The manager later inspected the unit and informed us that it had frozen up, but no effort was made to resolve the issue during our stay, nor were we offered any credit or adjustment for the inconvenience.
The front desk was staffed by a young employee who appeared to be in training and seemed uncertain about how to handle guest concerns. While everyone has to learn, it would have been more appropriate to have a more experienced staff member available to assist and supervise.
Overall, I would not recommend this hotel. Although the rooms appeared to have been recently remodeled, they were not well maintained or thoroughly cleaned. The hallways and elevators were also noticeably dirty, which left a poor impression.
Because of the overall lack of cleanliness throughout the property, we chose not to eat the complimentary breakfast, as we were not confident in the hotel's food preparation and sanitation standards.
Unfortunately, our experience did not meet our expectations, and we would not stay here again.

The place is exceptionally clean, staffs are very friendly and accomodating, and the lication is just perfect!!
The only thing i didnt like is the shiwer, the pressure is so strong and water is just coming out solely in the center, but its ok
We had a wonderful stay while traveling through to visit family.
The hotel was clean top to bottom. The staff was so kind from the moment we checked in at front desk. They were dressed professional and I was impressed how well. The manager happened to be there he acknowledged us came from behind desk and had a complete conversation with husband about our Corvette. He made us fill like he really was glad we chose to stay with them. The next morning we watched him with all the guest acknowledging them, checking everything out at breakfast, he was involved with all aspects with guest and employees.
The room was very nice and clean and large. We would definitely stay there again if we ever come back to Orlando..Thank you to manager Hernandez and staff
